I'd never dream of booking a cruise with anyone else

Sixstarcruises is a really super company, They provide a comprehensive guide to upmarket cruises, have an excellent website, offer the best discounts available and have excellent cruise concierges. Our Concierge, Elizabeth is the best ever. She's knowledgeable efficient, ultra responsive and always goes the extra mile. I'd never dream of booking a cruise with anyone else.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant. And found me a surprise bargain cruise.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful in coming up with a peak-season Danube cruise at a bargain price and guiding me through all the details of booking it in record time. She was a very pleasant person to deal with and kept me informed at every stage. And she was interesting, interested and informative to chat to!

Is anyone there ? As we get no response.

We were persuaded to transfer our cruise booking with Oceania over to Sixstar to save a few hundred pounds.
We always had some doubts about this, as previously changes to our flights or ports have not been passed onto us by the agent.

I expected that all of the communication would be from Sixstar, however, I received an invoice from 118, not sure if this some way around their legal liabilities, but, it does make life a little more complicated when looking for information from Sixstar. We then received an email advising us that our flights and transfers were booked. This was very generous of Sixstar as we had only booked the cruise element. When I responded to the email I did not receive any reply.
We wanted to book some cruise excursions and emailed along with my previous concerns, to our initial contact Daniel Norris directly, I received an automated response several weeks ago and again silence.
We now really regret transferring our cruise and would be pleased if we can change it back to Oceania as we have always found their responses prompt and professional.
I suppose after your response, after nearly a week, I expected to be contacted to finally answer the questions posed in my emails, or is this just platitudes to make everything look good?

It is also very concerning to hear that your emails regarding your flights, transfers, and excursion enquiries went unanswered. Your messages should have been acknowledged promptly, and I apologise that this did not happen.

From the very start of our telephone conversation Sandy Collier was extremely helpful, friendly and informative and understood exactly what type of river cruise holiday we needed. Brilliant cruising agency

Brilliant cruising agency. Sandie is the lady who looks after us and we are very happy with the service she offers. Nothing is too much trouble and when I message her answers are always prompt and helpful. She is polite, friendly yet always professional, trustworthy and helpful. Her advice is always great.

Rebecca is always very helpful and professional. It's a pleasure to deal with her, especially as she always tries to find the best prices and t&c for bookings. Gives me time to think, without being pushy, so I feel confident that I won't regret any decisions made. Wouldn't book with any other company!

Choosing and booking a cruise with Sixstarcruises is a painless operation. The staff are so informative, particularly Katie Austin and Rebecca Rimmer, helpful and , with people like me, patient! Their knowledge means that they can advise about holidays and give a personal response meaning that choices can be made with confidence. Excellent Service

Erin was our cruise consultant for our recent booking with Six Star Cruises on Oceania. She was polite, friendly and helpful during all stages of the process and really made you felt you are getting a personal service throughout.
