Have been going to the Sisu clinic for a few years now.i have always been pleased with my results and with the staff always made welcome

I had such a lovely experience at Sisu Clinic! All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I had my lips done and skin boosters, and I’m so happy with the results. My skin is glowing, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff are amazing, and the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Sisu Clinic and will be back again! 💕

From the moment I arrived at Sisu, I felt welcomed and knew I was in good hands. The doctors were so lovely, professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and offering honest advice on what would suit me best. I never felt pressured into anything and felt completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. You can really tell that the team at Sisu care about their clients and want the best natural results for them. I couldn’t recommend Sisu enough and will definitely be back! 🤍

I visited Sisu Clinic yesterday for under-eye filler, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome, and the whole experience was great.

A special mention to Karl on front of house, who was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely polite, professional, welcoming and, of course, a very handsome young man! 😍 He really made a great first impression and set the tone for such a lovely experience.

It’s the little things like a warm welcome and excellent customer service that make all the difference. Thank you to the team at Sisu Clinic for making my visit such a positive one. I would definitely recommend!

I’m giving two stars as the majority of people I dealt with over my time as a customer here were courteous and helpful. However, my latest experience in the South Anne Street clinic was appalling.

I was there for polynucleotide treatment which I had a number of times before. The doctor failed to look at my previous treatment notes as she was too busy giving me the hard sell. She told me if I didn’t get 4 treatments it was a complete waste of time. I told her I would be getting 2 as I had before which seemed to vex her for some reason. She went to inject me at which stage I pulled back to ask if it was the under eye polynucleotide she had, she said no and that she had “already opened the other one”. I explained that I wanted the undereye as per my previous treatment. I asked for numbing cream only to be told that the treatment wouldn’t work if I had this. A complete lie.

The treatment itself was rough and painful and resulted in two black eyes for a number of weeks. I understand that this can be a reaction but it had not happened in any of my other sessions.

I shared my full feedback with the clinic manager who was initially receptive but they ultimately decided that the poor experience did not warrant any genuine compensation or action. Extremely disappointed.

Oh my, everything was superb! Absolutely loved every moment, staff was phenomenal and so kind and friendly! Couldn’t recommend you guys enough.

Came in for anti wrinkle injections, and after such a detailed consultation i felt so at ease to proceed!! Can’t wait for the results

I travelled 1 hour and 10 minutes for this consultation in Green Park/Mayfair because I was looking for an experienced aesthetic doctor I could trust with my face. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing.

I explained that I had previously had a bad experience with filler and was understandably cautious. Rather than feeling that my concerns were properly explored, I felt the conversation shut down as soon as I expressed my reservations. I was told, “I love Sculptra,” but enthusiasm for a treatment is not a substitute for demonstrating your own results. I was shown no before-and-after photographs or portfolio of previous patients. For a treatment involving my face, I find that extremely disappointing..

The consultation itself felt superficial. Beyond asking me to remove my under-eye makeup, I did not feel that my face was properly assessed. Yet I was told I would need four vials, based on the idea of one vial per decade of age. When I asked where the product would be placed, the answer was that it would be put “all over.”

How can you confidently recommend four vials and propose treating someone’s face “all over” without properly assessing them and explaining an individualised treatment plan?

I wanted a gradual approach, with the opportunity to see how I responded before committing to further treatment. I expected a considered discussion of my concerns, my previous experience and the results I wanted to achieve.

I made the journey because I took this decision seriously. I expected the same level of care and consideration in return. Instead, I left without confidence in the recommendation or the consultation.

Aesthetic treatments require trust, transparency and sound clinical judgement. I did not feel those were demonstrated here, and I would not return.

2 week check up for this SUPERWIMPY SCAREDY CAT went great. Camille always distracts me with water and kind conversation and Emily finishes her expert application with calm laughter! These girls are the BEST!!!

From the mommet i arrived the service was first class front of house was so helpful and nice when i seen laila she was so helpful and asjed questions so i knew what would help me .the treatment was professional but with warmth then when went to pay once again front of house was fantastic definatly recommend highky

From the minute I walked into Sisu I just knew this was going to be a great experience. The doctor fully explained everything, she was very honest with what she recommended not just looking for a sale. I was put at ease throughout the treatment. I have been to several high end skin treatment places but always got the impression I was being made to spend more and more money. At Sisu you know they have your best interests at heart. Strongly recommend choosing Sisu.

I am sharing my personal experience with Sisu. I received a hyaluronic acid treatment that did not match what I was told during the consultation, and the results were not what was promised or expected. I spent £1200 for the treatment and, after comparing the before and after photos both the clinic’s images and my own there was no visible improvement, especially in the specific area where the lift was supposed to be noticeable.
After the appointment, I sought an independent medical opinion, which confirmed that the effect I was told to expect was not achievable with the procedure I received. Based on this, I requested a full refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and must match the description given. In my case, the outcome did not match what I was told during the consultation, and I was entitled to a full refund. Both the full refund and a partial refund were rejected, which was disappointing given the evidence I provided and the stress the situation caused me.
I also found the follow‑up communication difficult and did not feel supported when I raised my concerns. This has been a stressful experience for me, especially as someone who needs clear, consistent information.
I hope this helps others make informed decisions.

I had a wonderful experience at Sisu Hampstead. Very professional, very effective, thorough, and great results. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I had such a lovely experience at this filler clinic in Hampstead. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was warm, professional and welcoming. I felt completely at ease throughout, and everything was explained clearly without ever feeling rushed or pressured.

The treatment itself was excellent — the results are really natural and subtle, exactly what I was hoping for. I still look like me, just fresher and more rested! You can tell they really care about achieving the right result rather than simply doing more treatment.

The clinic is also clean and calm, which made the whole experience even better. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy and friendly clinic in Hampstead.

I have had my second visit today and only have positive comments about my experience. Dr Laura cut her lunch break short to accommodate me, the girls on reception are outstanding, I highly recommended Sisu Clinic and will be back myself many times, thank you ladies, I will see you again soon
