We are from the United States traveling in Italy. In Perugia a cap on a tooth came off and I went to a dentist there to have it re-glued in place. The doctor did the procedure but did not take time or prepare the tooth and cap correctly. One day later it came off again. At this point we were in Bologna. I checked the internet for a dentist in town and found this recommendation. I connected with Beatrice at this dentist office and she was wonderful. She spoke fluent English which made communication possible. She was able to get me right in with an appointment within two hours. Once in the office she helped us complete all the information forms needed and set me up with Dr. Filipino, he and his assistant were terrific. They took plenty of time to check the tooth, prepare the cap and then cement it in place. Professional, courteous, efficient and most important the cap is still firmly in place several days now. They were so very helpful and did a great job. If I need a dentist in the future I will wish I could come back to Bologna for their care. If this is a one to five star rating I would give them a 10, for their help with a desperate foreign traveler, who doesn’t speak Italian. For them, no problem.
