Everything as planned
The toothbrushes were delivered on schedule, all in perfect condition. My only "but" is the time you need to wait for things to be delivered (about 1 month usually)...
a few issues
it would be good if I could see the website in english. and whenever i make a purchase and pay and get confirmation my team always still shows as not having paid in my basket...there seems to be a processing issue. it is not the easiest website to use or understand. but the products are good so THANKYOU!

A encomenda correspondeu ao esperado, as características eram as descritas no site e chegou dentro do limite de tempo previsto. No entanto as encomendas demoram demasiado tempo a chegar. Esperar um mês por uma encomenda parece-me demasiado e já me fez desistir de possíveis compras no vosso site.

The glasses are as expected from the images, but the quality of the lens are not so good. With the sund it gets all blury.

A no-hassle bargain-finder
Great site and dummy-proof. I use it as often as I can and I am always quite happy about the service and obviously about the product. Just think that if allowed to put more items in the cart from different sections without being charged different shipping fees, I'd buy a lot more.

The products I bought via Showroomprive are very good. The price I bough them for were quite reasonable, so I definitely think I made a bargain!
The delivery time was quite good. However, the only downfall is that the courier does not warn you beforehand (like half an hour before or so) that he's coming over. The delivery time mentioned online is a prediction (they usually deliver a few days earlier - which is great), but it would be better if they could give you a call to find out if someone is home. Once they had to leave my delivery in my local coffee shop!
Overall it's a fantastic experience, but "that" call could impove the service!
