I am very sorry to hear that your order took longer to deliver that you had hoped.
We print every item to order and the majority of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. At busy times it can take up to three working days to make your order and then shipping can take another 2 – 3 working days.
I can see that the order you mention was received on the 12th April and dispatched on the 16th April via Royal Mail Standard and so we would have expected you to receive this by the 19th April

The searchability was ok
The searchability was ok. Some keyword searches didn't work correctly, however the product looked nice and of good quality. I am unable to provide a full review as I still haven't received the product a couple of weeks on.....

First of all, I am sorry you had some issues with the key word search on the site – I will pass this on to our web team who will look into this for you.
I am very concerned that you have not received your order. I have looked into this and can see that your order was received on the 8th April and dispatched on the 10th April via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery to Australia can take up to 20 working days, but I would have expected you to have received your order by now. I can see from tracking that it is in Australia so not sure why it has not been not delivered.

Very cool T-shirt’s and speedy delivery
They have really cool T-shirts - i ordered a few because they were the perfect gifts for some funny friends I have. Ordering process was smooth, delivery time was perfect - even to Germany!
A suggestion I would have is to offer gift option - because of time/geography constraints I wanted to send one directly to my brother as a birthday present but I didn‘t want him to see the invoice of course. In the end I addressed it to his girlfriend so she could take the invoice out before passing it on but it would have been really nice to have a gift option for sending invoice separately!
