SHARGE 

They are one of the biggest scam companies I came across, they have a so called customer care team which hardly responds to emails. They just invest in advertisements and not customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM..

I wanted to return a purshage and no answer from thé costumer service After 10 mails and 3 weeks. Big scam

No customer support. I wanted to return because it charged steam deck not even one time to full. No response from support even after spending around $500 on their products

Waited weeks and weeks for my order only for less than half to show up! try to talk to customer service they just tell you to be patient and wait then dont get back to you! don't use this company they're scam artists! take your money then vanish!

My unit failed to charge my Asus laptop (a Zenbook with USBC charging). After LOTS of back and forth with 'support', including sending in a video clearly showing the intermittent charging, I'm told that my unit isn't faulty at all, it's just that the sharge 'does not support' the laptop. Baseus and Chargasap have no problems. It does charge my airpods in 'low charging mode' but doesn't deliver anything like 100W, can't even manage a consistent 45W. Be warned, don't think I'm the only one to experience the brush-off either. Disappointing. I'll try for a refund on the basis that Asus isn't exactly a niche laptop supplier, so they really should state up front that it doesn't work with Asus machines. Or perhaps I've a faulty unit and they just don't want to put things right.

Bought a powerbank; totally defective, it doesn’t complete a single device charge. I asked a refund and they asked the product back in China at my expenses (shipment cost more expensive than product value..).

DO NOT BUY EVERYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

You get no order updates and your order magically gets delivered, without you being aware of it. That is how this magical company works and do not expect any assistance from the customer service either, similarly, they also work magically without reverting you. I received a magical tracking number that does not work either. I wonder If their products even work. It took over one month to get what I had ordered so I asked at least to be refunded the shipping charges as a courtesy gesture but they replied in a very unfriendly way. definitely not recommended !!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up for their kickstarter campaign. It's been a disaster. They said they would ship their new power back to us supporters in December. Then theyhave us all an excuse about not judging demand for one color of the charger and said they would be shipped in January. They sent an email saying we should have all received tracking info. Most of us did not. Then they made excuse after excuse and started providing some tracking numbers. They sent me one weeks ago that dusky work. Then they sent me a second, different one. It said it was in transit for a while but now said it can't be found in the system. Meanwhile, they are selling this item on their website, even though they have not supplied all of us that helped back their build. They have also sent out free units to people to review because I have seen multiple reviews. The backers that have received units are also restoring a number of issues, faulty units, dead units and units not reaching their claimed wattage. One of the online reviews also said it was difficult to get the claimed output. I would not buy their products or trust the company.

MIthough the order was cancelled on the same day, apart from an email about the reasons for the cancellation, nothing more happened. It has been 3 days, zero response regarding the cancellation and refund. I don't like this approach in business, I don't recommend it!

They rebranded themselves twice, this is a Chinese scammer company. Their items don’t work and their customer service is absolute useless. See my review on their item on Shargeek. Don’t buy from them.

A complete SCAM! Don't order from them! I purchased the magsafe powerbank 2 months ago and it hasn't been shipped to me yet! After a refund request the company doesn't want to give me my money back and keeps beating around the bush. Terrible company.

Received my power bank, didn't work as intended (seemed to discharge much faster than expected), asked customer service, got useless replies, asked to ship it back, got more useless replies. Never ever again.

As others said excellent marketing. Bought a starship seer, it would show the wrong percentage so you would "have" 40% and it shuts off. Customer service asks for proof i send videos i want a working one but they cannot provide it so i ask for a refund( mind you all within their timing as stated on the web) Nont only they didnt uphold their terms and conditions and not refund me the money i paid to send it back but they didnt even do a refund of the initial shipping costs, contrary to their terms.. pure scammers
