Well Done
Purchased the ice mag off Amazon and took it on holiday so I could take plenty photos on my 16 pro max and not worry about running out of power.
The device worked amazing and used it twice within the week and once on the plane back home without issue.
Back home it sat in the drawer and I decided to use it for a long train journey and again no issues at all until now.
Probably the sixth time I’ve used the device and off a full charge it won’t fully charge my phone and it’s just passed the four month Amazon returns.
I’ve been in touch with Sharge customer service which is terrible and after a week they have now requested a video I’m not actually sure what I’m meant to be videoing so I’m awaiting a response.
The problem has been resolved and if your a western customer just be patient with the advisor and take into consideration language and time zones etc.

Terrible company. Ordered a combined charger and power bank through Amazon which seems to have an intermittent problem. No replies at all from Sharge. Returning to Amazon
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They kept sending me emails about my order that I have to pick up my order or it will sent back. I see different in the tracking code they provided but they keep spamming me telling me to pick it up. Nothing was wrong with delivery, DHL just delivered it to my home (just what tracking said). After this, I ask about why they do this, and they just tell they want to remind me? Apparently by telling lies about my package and causing unnecessary stress during my holiday (I was on holiday). They don't seem to care either. Never ordering again here.

I bought solar panel for Shargeek 170. In description it says that it gives output 12w and in reality hives 1.8w Max. And they delete reviews from their website.
Icemag 2
I saw the Icemag 2 was for sale. It looked amazing so I ordered it. Then I decided to read the reviews. It gave me a lot of anxiety because the reviews are so bad.
I was expecting to not receive anything or a broken product. However, i waited maybe 2 weeks before the Icemag 2 was delivered. It took some time before I was able to track the package.
I got home after work and was exited to open the package. It was nicely packaged and there was no damage to the box what so ever. I unboxed it and the product was looking hella clean. Super nice finish. I put it at the back of my phone and it snapped right onto it. A really strong magnet! So far the product has done what it needs to do. A great powerbank and it charges really quick!
I saw that the bad reviews came after a month or 2 when the product suddenly died. So we will see how far we can get. So far so good!

If you want to avoid a headache, I highly recommend not purchasing from this company. Their customer service is non-existent—my emails went completely unanswered, and my order was never updated after the purchase.
Edit: I managed to get email confirmation of a refund, we will see how long it takes to arrive.

Bought the storm 2, and the hundred watt charger actually gave me a pretty bad shock multiple times, and yes, I went to the ER to get an ekg. They did give me my money back However, they asked me to remove my review on amazon, So i'm moving my review here

Customer service is terrible!
Despite advertised 30 days free returns, I had to go through a thorough email interrogation covering 1)why i want to return the product, 2) description of its state (was not even unpacked), 3) pictures of the product, 4) swear oath several times, that i will bear the return shipping cost, and 4) this multiplied 3x as i continued to receive the same questions from different customer support members. After going through these loops for few days I finally received a return address in France (i live in Germany). The invoice the sent me after several reminders was an excel table missing some small details like VAT!!!, invoice recipient etc.
Bad customer service
Don't buy anything from them. I had an item that was within the 24month period to get warranty under and they told me no.
Sell defective product and no refund or replacement
Sell defective product and did not any effort with customer. Many dumb demands like videos and very precise problem. I made everything and the support did not answer anymore. Scam.

I would give zero stars if possible. I received one of their top tier products - one of the power banks specially made for the iPhone. IT DOES NOT WORK! It gets interrupted in the charging process, it destroys the iPhone battery by constantly connecting and disconnecting.
Their support is passing me around and answering emails in 5-6 days with completely irrelevant information.
If you want to waste your time and money, this is the right place.

I will never buy from this company again I'm still waiting on my parcel, it has been here supposedly now for 10 days at airport I live literally two miles away .
They asked me to cancel my dispute that's a joke I said when they deliver I will.
Customer support non existent
Purchased the CarbonMag as I do love and own a couple of their products. My package has been stuck in the UK Yodel Hub (one of the worse couriers ever) since the 16th September, messaged Sharge through their “customer support email” and they still hadn’t replied and it’s been a almost a week since I sent them an email
Terrifying experience
I bought the OnePlus Sharge powerbank, one of the best fail ever I paid 80+ euro. The cable and powerbank they provided me were broken and they only sent me a new cable while the charger was broken.
Horrible support, no solution
I was a fan of Sharge products and even participated in several fundings of their new products. Everything had been good, lately I bought a 100W Charging Station and had a very bad experience. The product came USED, damaged, which did not bother me much because as I said, I am a fan of the brand and its products. The worst thing was when I tried to use it, the usb c ports had itermietence and never worked. And YES, I tried many many different cables. The most obnoxious part is that the support is dedicated to questioning you and not believing you. I have not been able to date to get a good answer or help to change my product. I have had a very bad experience, as I said, all the products were good, but the bad taste in my mouth makes me distrustful to continue buying from this company that seemed promising.
