everything went well until putting in the 3 digit credit card code, for some reason it wouldn't accept it until (really) the nineth time.

I found Shaperment on Facebook ad and decided to order. I made a mistake and ordered more than I wanted.(I am not very good with computers) I chatted with Shaperment and they contacted me RIGHT AWAY I was told that they could not change my order, however I could do a return after I received the order. This will temporarily mess up my finances.😩 I am still looking forward to receive my order. Hope all goes well.

Ordering yet is very very hard. I only wanted the one Cami and then he put an extra on there and then they wouldn’t take it off for me.

Product is nice, just not for my shape. This bra flattens me and gives side bulge.

I love the bras, they are really comfortable. However, they go on cup size, so the cup fits but the rest is a bit too loose and I will have to make some alterations. Pity, I was finally hoping I had found ther perfect bra!

Sent wrong size on first order then after getting another order sent you dumb people still sent the wrong size again. A “M” is not a large it’s a medium. 2 orders & you still can’t get it right. Then I try to contact you & I get the AI person that wants me to wait another 24-48 for someone to contact me by email. PLEASE JUST REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!

Ordering is easy, sizing is explained well and product arrived quickly. I had one item I needed to replace as it did not fit as expected and getting that resolved was also very easy.

It would be nice if I received what I ordered. This is like the 10th time I have said the same thing. The way you do business is awful. I shouldn’t have to wait for my order when the wrong product was shipped to me. I will never buy anything from you again.
