Service never fulfilled — no pickup, no refund, no support
I booked a shipment with Sendiroo on December 9th, scheduled for pickup on December 10th, but no one showed up.
On December 11th, I emailed support because my parcel still hadn’t been collected and I hadn’t received any updates. They replied within 17 minutes, apologized, provided a tracking number, and assured me the parcel would be picked up the next day.
However, the courier never came the next day — or any day after that. Despite their promise, the parcel has still not been collected to this day. To make things worse, on December 11th, the recipient received an email saying the parcel was on its way, even though it had never left my hands. How is that even possible?
After that first quick reply, every other email I sent was ignored, including multiple refund requests.
So here I am, weeks later: no pickup, no shipment, no refund, no support.
A completely unreliable service in my experience.
