Service paid for but never provided, no response from support

I booked and paid for a pickup and delivery with Sendiroo, scheduled for January 14, 2026.

No one showed up to collect the parcel, and I was never contacted or informed of any issue.

After the scheduled date, I sent email and opened support tickets, but I received no response, explanation, or resolution.

At this point, the service was paid for but never provided, and customer support has been completely unresponsive.

Service never fulfilled — no pickup, no refund, no support

I booked a shipment with Sendiroo on December 9th, scheduled for pickup on December 10th, but no one showed up.
On December 11th, I emailed support because my parcel still hadn’t been collected and I hadn’t received any updates. They replied within 17 minutes, apologized, provided a tracking number, and assured me the parcel would be picked up the next day.
However, the courier never came the next day — or any day after that. Despite their promise, the parcel has still not been collected to this day. To make things worse, on December 11th, the recipient received an email saying the parcel was on its way, even though it had never left my hands. How is that even possible?
After that first quick reply, every other email I sent was ignored, including multiple refund requests.
So here I am, weeks later: no pickup, no shipment, no refund, no support.
A completely unreliable service in my experience.

Very fast reply by NILTON.

Very fast reply by NILTON.
Sendiroo is not perfect but it compensates with a fast help in email.
Sugestion: Should have a Button to save the draft in such a way that you can refresh or re-open the Page and not loose all data writen

Service works. There was some issues resolved by support team. I use the service every week for business proposes. Nilton helped fix all the issues.

Problems getting tickets

Since they changed the payment system, I can no longer use virtual one-use cards no matter how much I try. And if you don't pay on the first time you don't get the ticket to print, and the label section doesn't work as well :|
But thank you Nilton, for the quick response, the patient explanations and the timely delivery of my much needed ticket :)

Absolutely dishonest company

Absolutely dishonest company, I annulled my shipment the same day because I had not received the labels, they proceeded with the cancelation and said that they would refund within 5 working days. It has now been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Not to mention that there is no way to contact directly. No response on the emails or ticket. If they do answer the email it’s all LIES. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Do something about it ASAP.

Package destroyed and no answer from sendiroo

A package sent by sendiroo to Amazon was distroyed. An issue was added to request the value for the items and the transportation value and no answer from them.
Two tickets was added and no answer at all. The close the tickets without doing any thing.

I can't get any return on any of the company's sales channels

This is the fourth time I use sendiro, and the first shipment arrived quite late, the second and third, with only 1 day delay, and the last one was supposed to have been delivered within 5 days. I can't log in with my account, there is no tracking movement since collection, and I can't get any return on any of the company's sales channels.
My business NIF is: 516999354
And the shipment that is lost, without movement is the : PTDEW3TNYK
Please help me to resolve this soon.

Company took the cost that should have been reimbursed by the carrier, who charged me with an absurd weight adjustment.

Warning! Stay away from Sendiroo!

Worst customer service experience and in addition total fail of core services. We worked with them for thee first time and sent 8 different shipments at once. They mixed up all boxes and labels, have had no customer service that was able or willing to solve the issues and their shipping times are way below their website promises. We still have not processed all shipments, our clients are angry and the promised shipping time of 3-4 days became until now 14 days... if the correct shipment would reach its destination. Their tracking system is a mess and delivers invalid tracking information. An overall 100% disaster. Stay away from Sendiroo especially when you are a professional. Worst experience we have been through and no end so far...

Sendiroo's service is simple and effective, once the shipment is contracted the labels are available, which must be printed and placed on the orders respecting the service standards.
If the labels are not affixed, the courier may refuse to make the pickup or to affix manual labels on the orders, in which case the customer must always prove that the guides are affixed to the correct orders in the case of several orders. Whenever the service standards are respected, the shipment will normally take place, within the foreseen deadlines, with the correct tracking references and without incidents.
