Happy with on-line support

Just had a great on-line chat with "Judy".

She was helpful and knowledgeable and patient as she guided me through sorting my issues.

The best "help-chat" I have ever had

(no comment on their offering as that is not my area; I just sort out problems)

Management doesn't care about the business

I saw good review before signing up the business here. After one week open the business, I did not have single order through because the order page could not go through due to Selz's design. my customers complaint. Selz's customer service is good to pass on my issue. But, over 3 days no answers at all from tech team. No management replied. Be aware. Very disappointed and frustrated. I can see my customer's request for orders but no order went through.

Great review from a Selz registered partner

We are a Selz registered partner and we have many clients on the Selz platform. As long as Selz don't change, we will be sticking around for a long time. Fast/good support, the right amount of features on the Basic Plan (the price bracket most of our clients are willing to pay) and a personal feel to how they do business. From seeing a deeper view of this business than the average client might, I can safely say they are doing a bang up job.

So glad I chose Selz!

I have been a Selz customer for nearly 2 years now and I am SO GLAD I chose them as my e-commerce provider. Their customer support IS AWESOME. Every time I have reached out to them through chat, they are quick to respond and they always provide the feedback and support I'm looking for. I highly recommend!

The support team doesn´t answer ... Now 48 hours. Very bad when you hade a running web shop and they change the DNS.

Selz and IZettle lost me 10.000 in revenue, while blackmailing me now for higher fees

Selz and IZettle rolled out an update on the 14.12.2020 and ruined 36 hours of business traffic on my site and on yours aswell, when you had an account and used their widgets. I lost approximatly 10.000 € in revenue.
Now they are shifting from IZettle to Selz and blocking me out of my E-Commerce Accout till I make a new subscription now for Selz, which I already payed for this month and is more expensive now especially in % fees.
So, they are basically blackmailing me for a new more expensive subscription, while blocking me out of my account while 443 orders of customers with a value of 39.418 € are sitting around getting unhappy!
Support hasn't even answered on my first loss, while blackmailing me now. They most hilarious thing is, that their e-mail back then startet with, "for you nothing changes"!
If somebody reads this and also had their revenue ruined, you can contact me for a class action against them.

Friendly, competent and quick support

Selz provides an on-site chat support which really makes your life easier when having questions or other requests.

I'm honestly surprised by how fast you get a response by one of their employees, usually within a few seconds. I'm used to waiting several days to get an email response from companies and other authorities, so this support really stands out.

Moreover, the support is always super friendly and has good knowledge about the product/service. And if they don't have an immediate solution, they forward it to the correct department which will also reach out quickly.

I was having an issue with my Selz site (admittedly because of my own negligence). I had no idea how to fix it, but Robynn helped me every step of the way via chat. She sent articles, screen shots, and links to help. After a lot of troubleshooting, we got to the root of the problem. She never rushed me or seemed irritated. EXCELLENT!!! 5 STARS!!!

I'm working with Selz for a few years now and I have to say - they know their software and the customer service is beyond excellent! I work with Amazon and other companies far bigger and the customer service can't even compare. These people know their stuff, I appreciate a company that does!

Selz team is always there to help, and that makes ALL the difference!

I am an Artist selling almost 80 artworks, all in different sizes and mediums. Am not particularly tech savvy, but its been a great experience with Selz. I built the website up from scratch; loaded the pics and info up myself, and all the time, the Selz ladies were patiently and politely helping me in REAL TIME, assisting me brilliantly whenever I needed help. I'm in London, and I'm not sure which part of the world they are in, but help is there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and THAT makes all the difference! Would not change them for anybody else. Very happy with them, and endorse them massively!

USER BEWARE!!

USER BEWARE!!

Be sure that you can actually get Selz Pay or use Paypal BEFORE activating a subscription!

You WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK and they will hit with a link to their terms. Meanwhile you paid for a month, god forbid a year, and CAN'T use your store. They DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! Stick with Shopify. Selz is NOT worth the hassle for the low tech offering they have anyways. They have little to no apps, especially compared to other platforms. The platform/store functionality is not user friendly. It takes forever for your pictures and stuff to load and if you save BEFORE they load, you'll have to do it all over again. Same for when you customize your site. Press save excessively to be sure! Save your blocks, save pages, save everything or you'll have to redo stuff.

I have recently signed up with you to sell my latest fat loss & weight management program online.

I am not great at tech but still have managed to create my own landing page, upload my product and start to sell it.

The system works SO simply and smoothly for both me and my customers.
It's amazing.

I also really appreciate the receipts they auto send out after a customer buys too, and the little touches they add to make everything smooth and professional.

I have already started recommending this service to other nutritionists that I know who are looking to sell online.

Great company!

So far an awesome experience with Selz. Former Sendowl user here and Selz goes beyond what Sendowl offers in so many ways. Unlimited bandwidth and storage for products with Selz, was a huge dealbreaker for my time with Sendowl. Selz entire app and platform seems great. I almost could get away with getting rid of my main site and running my shop only on Selz which is amazing. Their customer service is great too!

Super easy and fantastic customer service

I've been using Selz for more than 2 years and +1 for Nevans55 (the reviewer below) I can't recommend them highly enough. I think the fact that I'm taking time to write this review, which I must admit I do pretty rarely, says something. There are three things I really appreciate about Selz. 1) it's super super easy to use. I was using Woocommerce to sell my online courses, ebooks and printed (hardback) books. I was forever updating plugins, fixing things, having to figure out how to connect this thingamy to that thingamy. I ended up spending as much time fixing my online sales as I did actually making my products! 2) the Selz service is constantly evolving and improving. They are always adding new features that actually really help me. Thanks Selz keep it up! and 3) the customer service is AMAZING. There are named people available immediately no matter what time (special shouts to Charmaine, Robin and Judy who are some of the people I have talked to - sorry if I can't remember the names of the other people). But they were all great.
