Sent in an iPhone 6 in excellent…

Sent in an iPhone 6 in excellent condition and they offered half of what they had said on line. This is totally not fair and i feel i have been cheated. Do not use these people as they bank on the fact that you can't be bothered to start again and ask for your phone back!

I wish i had read these reviews before…

I wish i had read these reviews before wasting my time sending them my mobile! I sent a 3 month old Iphone 11, which from out of the box had been in a case, they reduced my offer by £200 for ''#Wear on bezel, wear and large scratch on back glass'' this was nonsense, (i too had taken photos like a previous reviewer) there was no wear on the bezel or any scratch on the back never mind a large one! They certainly wouldn't of met their claim of 'money in the bank the same day' either, took the 3 days from receiving the phone to inform me of the reduced offer. The only plus side was i did receive the phone back the following day. Quick update on this review, after receiving the phone back i sent it to geckomobilerecycling.co.uk who were offering more money than sellyourmobile and they paid me £575.00 no quibble, i rest my case at the made up 'scratches' that they said my phone had .... thank you sellmymobile.com i ended up with £25.00 more than your website price!!!

AVOID like the plague

I sent a 3-month-old Samsung A90 5g in perfect condition. The phone from day one has been in a fully covered heavy-duty case.

What was more insulting, as they came back and said the bevel had wear and was thin. Funny thing is this Samsung model A90, doesn't have a bevel, it comes with Notchless Infinity Screen. Did send an email to them, but they didn't reply within 24 hours, so I declined the offer. Let's just hope I can my phone back from them and use someone who is honest and fair.

PLEASE AVOID THEM

Poor service

Summited 4yr old IPhone 6s and on following day submitted 2yr old IPhone 8plus, received email re IPhone 6s advising low battery life left plus scratches to front and back, reduced price by half, as phone was 4yr old accepted offer, Next day received duplicate email advising IPhone 8plus had low battery life left and had scratches on front glass and rear and lowering price by £100, declined, had phone returned, sent to new provider and next day had full price in bank account.

Pristine S10 downgraded

I sent a pristine Samsung Galaxy S10 to this company, no marks or scratches whatsoever and they downgraded from £314 to £230! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

New phone downgraded for wear on screen

Used them from a comparison site. Was offered the best price so used them, they asked to remove accessories so i did. Phone was 2 weeks old out of the box, used twice. Took off the original screen protector and sent phone back in their box (took pictures of phone prior to show no damage whatsoever). Got offered a downgraded price by over £100 as apparent wear on screen. Waste of time. AVOID

not bad but could have offered a higher price

I sent my iPhone 8 Plus 256 GB I was offered £295 on the site but in the end they reduced it to £220 due to worn screen and battery cycle over 600

This is not bad for a 3 year old phone
I was hoping for original offer but I do not think any one gets the original offer and we all know that the phones go on to be sold for much more £300 to £400 once refurbished

I'll give (x) for the phone and then make stuff up to get the price down kinda place.

So on first glance the company look great. They give you the best price (why didn't the alarm bells ring) for your mobile compared to other retailers, they offered £355. So I decided to send my phone to them only 7 months old. Never been out of a case and always had a screen protector on.

They promptly received the phone and I then received an email saying the price had been downgraded as the phone was not as described.

Here's what they say was wrong. Worn Bezels & Scratched back glass (funny that because I took pictures before sending the device to them) also an unstable charging port 😂.

So for these they reduced the offer to £280. After explaining the phone was in perfect condition they wouldn't budge on price saying these were faults with the phone. So I declined the offer and had the phone returned.

I received my phone back and took it to an independent retailer to do a health check on it just for sh**ts and giggles I've got nothing better to do today.

Shock horror, no scratches on the back glass the guy said it's in "new condition" he found one tiny mark on the left hand bezel less than 1mm. I think these guys must think that all the phones sent are 'New In Box'

Oh and let's not forget that pesky unstable charging port. Yeah it's in full working order to my absolute shock.

So just a word of warning use a more reputable company who offer slightly less to begin with but actually pay you for your phone without making up stuff just to get the price down.

No doubt someone will reply to this from the company with a ridiculous comment but I know and you know deep down in that heart of yours your screwing people left right and centre.

Have a great weekend everyone. Be safe and use reputable companies 😁

Claimed phone issues that didn't exist

Sent a 2 year old iPhone X after being quoted £333 for the phone. A new screen was fitted just before sending. The offer was reduced to £200 because they said that there was heavy wear on the bezel and back glass and had 700 charge cycles remaining. I had said it was unlocked but it was locked to Vodafone (my mistake). I declined the offer and asked them to send it back.
The phone is in near perfect condition. It has always been in a case. There is zero damage on the back glass and the bezel and when I checked the battery health and it was at 83%! I am now having it unlocked and will send it to a different company.

Avoid

Avoid, offered £185 for a 1 year old Samsung S9 in perfect condition, they then adjusted that to £110 stating scrtches on screen and camera...of ourse ther are none. Interesting patern forming here, see other reviews. Also there is no information on their website about who they really are, always a bad sign.

What a rip off

What a rip off! I was originally quoted an offer of £53.00 for my iPhone. Once they received it, they responded with a catalogue of faults which I wasn’t aware. Then offered me a revised quote of £15.00
