I sold my s10 in absolute perfect condition that I even filmed and logged evidence of everything before I sent it to sellyourmobile. They sent the packaging within a few days and confirmed receiving it. So there are humans on the other end when its about getting your phone! But now it's silent. They promise regular communication and agreed money withing 2 days of receiving the phone. I sent it on the 12th its now the 20th!! I work in a court. They have messed up big time. How dare they Rob people. What kind of company is this??? Robing people during a pandemic???
If anyone wants to join taking legal action let me know!! I've never known such a company or director!
I will only consider taking this review down once they return my phone or give me my money.
THE ADDRESS ATTACHED TO THE SELL YOUR MOBILE COMPANY IS:
51 Gloucester Road, Bournemouth, BH7 6JA
I Googled it and its apparently a PEST CONTROL COMPANY! I spoke to a woman called Terry who took my details down and promised to get back to me. I threatened legal action as its their address attached to where my phone has apparently gone!!
However on the postage packaging they sent me, the address was different:
Mobile recycling
1st floor Abchurch Chambers,
24 St. Peters Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2LN
And attached to this addresss is 2 companies
Studentwise Limited
24 Abchurch Chambers, St. Peters Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2LN
And
Ready2work Ltd
Abchurch Chambers, 24 St Peter's Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH1 2LN
Let the exposing begin!

HI, Has anyone heard from sellyourmobile. There is no contact, I keep sending them messages. Is there a Twitter or Facebook page?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SELLING YOUR PHONE
This company has had my phone for almost a month and a half now, hardly any correspondence from them and when i do they seem to be repeating themselves. Ive told them the issue with my phone several times, i sent it as a non working phone and still i havent had a decision on what is happening with it. all the FAKE reviews on their site, not a bad word against them, shouldnt be trusted
I wish I’d looked at reviews first
I wish I’d looked at reviews first. I sent an iPhone 7 Plus in very good condition. They reduced the price offered by £100 because of damage. The phone was always in a case and had a screen cover. Complete rip off.
what a JOKE of a company
what a joke of a company! they offered me £264 for my iPhone x which is in an excellent condition with NO marks on the screen or back and the sides. Sent them the phone and they replied by within 3 days and said its worth £180!! saying the same gibberish as all the other reviews have stated (wear and tear bla bla bla). Only positive I can say is that the phone arrived back next day after rejecting their offer. READ THE REVIEWS FIRST PEOPLE!
If only I could give them minus stars
If only I could give them minus stars.
I sent my phone to them nearly a month ago now. No money or contact received. I have emailed them 4 times now and nothing. Of course they do not have a mobile number. I am kinda of shocked reading the other reviews that other people have had contact. Really feels like a scam to steal my mobile and I am close to contacting the police.
DO NOT USE SellYourMobile.com WASTE OF TIME!
DO NOT USE SellYourMobile.com believe me it will save you time. They don't even deserve the one red star. They will never offer you what they say even though you meet the criteria, once they receive your mobile I can guarantee they will say -
# Wear on screen / back glass, heavily worn bezel, heavily reduced battery capacity even though you meet their device criteria. The proof is in the negative reviews. Go to their website they don't even have a phone number because they have no customer service standards surprised how they can trade with the way they operate. STAY AWAY WASTE OF TIME!!!
PLEASE STAY AWAY…
Absolute cheats and liars i sent a brand new Samsung a71 in pristine condition now been told there's wear on the bezel really I don't think so I have photos of the phone just hope it comes back in one piece
I would give minus stars as a rating!
This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
I would not recommend anyone to use their services and a lesson learnt on my part, I should have read the reviews first.
Clearly their strategy is to offer an attractive deal in exchange of your mobile, they hold on to the phone for about a week to perform ‘testing’, then they contact you with a downgraded offer, significantly less that what what originally proposed. This has been my own personal experience too. My iPhone was in immaculate condition for a used phone, yet they have alleged wear and tear damage and stated that the battery is heavily reduced. Categorically untrue. You then have to accept or reject their offer or email if you feel they have made an error in judgement. I have sent four emails to this regard and had no response. They have shown no professional courtesy whatsoever and have zero customer service. They still have my phone in their possession after 3 weeks of trying to make contact with them. I have received no money or communication. Please scroll past this site and save yourself the hassle I have endured.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful - do not Trust
Absolutely awful, never use or Trust them again. We were selling a Samsung Galaxy phone online and it was in amazing condition like new, no scratches. They offered us a downgraded the price of 75% less than offered.
I am so disappointed by this in trustworthy service.
No money, no phone
Sent my phone 3 weeks ago and received a downgrade in price within 3 days of them receiving it which I challenged. Since then I have sent multiple emails and have had no response, so not only have I not received any money for my phone, they haven't returned it. Take the advice of the many reviews and go elsewhere...I wish I had.
As others have said..
As others have said... do not use. The price offered initially is higher than competitors, but then once they receive it, the price offered is substantially less than the competitors!! My phone (like others) had spent its entire life in a case. Price downgraded from 162 to 105 due to marks on bezel and battery wear. The marks on bezel were very light and the battery health was 88% which by Apple’s own definition higher than the minimum (80%).
Really really poor and will not be using again. Mazuma may offer less (currently 135), but I have used them multiple times in the past and guarantee the price ordered. Safe to say I’ll be using mazuma in the future.
Downgraded - Liars
Same as everyone else. Downgraded price after wear on back and bezel. Not a scratch on it. Liars. Send my phone back!
Do not use SellYourMobile.com.
Do not use SellYourMobile.com
I can only echo the other poor reviews on this site. In my case a phone that had spent its entire life in a protective case was downgraded in price because of reduced battery life and "wear on screen/back". The phone was sold as a used phone, so obviously it was going to have signs of use. The price offered should have reflected this, and I assumed that it did. It is evident that this company has a strategy of offering an enticing price and then downgrading it on a spurious pretext once the phone is in their possession. I expect that they anticipate that, like me, customers will not want the additional hassle of asking for the phone to be returned.
Like others, I wish I had read the negative reviews before I chose to trust them, and I won't do so again.
Complete scam
Complete scam avoid and use any other business. Massively reduced offer price and quoted as with all the other complaints wear on bezel, when phone did not have a scratch on it.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with sellyourmobile.com. Having provided my Samsung S10 to them against their offer of £304, they offered £207 claiming “Wear/impact damage on bezel”, which I do not understand. When I tried to contact them to discuss the offer, they did not respond to my several E-Mails, their online chat was never functional and I can find no telephone number for them. I rejected their offer and received the phone back “unannounced” despite a promise of tracking details.
I still maintain the phone is in pristine condition having had very little use and been in a Samsung wallet case since new.
I can only assume that this company “tries it on” in the hope that sellers will accept a much-reduced offer if they need cash.
I would not recommend using sell your mobile.com.
Dishonest company.
As per the previous reviewer, I only wish I had read reviews on here in advance. If you believe the price is to good to be true it normally is. In this case i was quoted £108 for an Huawei P20 Pro in mint condition. I recorded a video in advance of sending. The quote I received back was £60 with a note # Wear on screen/back/bezel accept or reject. Personally I would rather destroy the phone than be defrauded by this dishonest company. Avoid at all costs. I am not convinced I will receive my phone back. Updated 27/12/20. Phone was returned which surprised me, I then sold it to Mazuma whom offered a better price and accepted the phone in mint condition. I checked the bezel on the phone and no marks existed under any light or at any angle. If you are after trustworthy, used Mazuma.
Offer massively downgraded!
I wished I had read the reviews below before sending in my phone. My partner sent my S8 with great condition, always had durable phone case since day 1 but was told it has wear on the bezel, which gave them a reason to reduced the offer to nearly half. So people, if you consider selling your phone, please find a better place. There are plenty other companies with much better reviews than this one.
Rubbish company to deal with
Rubbish company to deal with dropped price by 100 pound on a nearly new phone saying it was scratched which was rubbish will not deal with then again
AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
So tried to sell my Samsung S9 in excellent condition. Inital quote was £180. After it was assessed they down graded to £140 as "Wear on screen, wear and dents on bezel / back glass, unstable charging port" (which it seems they do to everyone". The email states to reply if you want it to be reassessed. I replied in 10 mins. I heard nothing. And then 19 days later I got a patronising phone call asking if I had recovered the email. I said I had, the man goes well there are two buttons and you need to click one. I explains i wanted it reassessed and he says he will put it back through. 2 days later my phone returned. They have no intention of reassessing, just a con business.
