Bought new mattress to replace my 10 year old sealy mattress.
After 5 months of use, the side of the mattress had a noticeable bulge, what felt like springs.
Credit where it is due, the shop I bought it from Sent their manager out the same day and contacted Sealy.
The manager of the shop rang us the following day to say Sealy was replacing the mattress.

Newton king size bought September 2024 , had Bensons out in September 2025 as mattress started dipping either side. They came and said it wasn't dipping enough and if I wanted to get a 2nd opinion would have to pay . Now mattress is even worse , along with an awful sound when you move. This mattress was nearly £2000 I purchased this due to my degenerative disk disease and joint pain. The pain this is giving me due to it no longer holding my body like it did at first it awful. I wake myself up when u try and turn over at night due to the severe hip pain it's giving me now. I've called bensons out again and they are coming next week. I just hope that this time they agree the mattress is faulty and that it gets replaced because I am in so much pain now and I should not have this with a £2,000 mattress.
Even my husband who does not suffer with back /joint pain says how much the noise from the mattress is keeping him up and he can feel how the mattress is no longer supporting him . Before this we had another expensive mattress that we had for 12 years and never once had an issue. I came to sealy as I thought it was a high end make , I am really hoping they put it right 😥

I bought the mattress from a local furniture shop together with a bedframe . I had some advice from the staff member. I did have to wait some weeks before it was delivered presumably because the bed took longer to come. I am happy with my new bed and the care information.

I know this was a costly purchase, but it has been well worth it, as the bed is so comfortable and the delivery service was brilliant as they disposed of my old mattress and bed for me and assembled the bed very quickly. very happy customer, highly recommended.

Good quality product, however there are several competitors Online that offer a like for like specification at a lower retail cost.
Just a bit over priced in certain stockists nationwide.

Motion transfer is unreal with this mattress...purchased june 2025 feels as though on a bouncy castle when husband moves, all started to squeak now too...not what I expected for a £3000 mattress 😪

Loved our old Sealy mattress, but needed to replace it after 25 years comfortable service. Having sailed numerous times on Cunard, and loved the Sealy mattress they use, ordered a Cunarder online direct. Said it would take up to 6 weeks as 'made to order', but ready to be delivered after 11 days. Excellent delivery service, men advised air for 3 hours due to bug shield Sealy apply -- make that 3 days, as smell is awful! The Cunarder is meant to be medium - firm, but think of it more like sleeping on a brick!! The covering is also different to the onboard ones. Contacted Sealy to see if they do a topper, which they don't, but staff member said they would see if they could come up with a solution. I did say that I wondered if it was old stock as it was ready so quickly, but Sealy denied this. 3 weeks later and still no contact from Sealy, so have now bought a topper from a local bedding supplier, and hope this will make a difference. Very disappointed with the description of the mattress not matching my Cunard experience, and the poor after sales service, so won't be recommending Sealy to anyone.
Update -- A few days after posting this review, and totally out of the blue, Sealy delivered an excellent topper (as I was out, it was tossed over the garden gate!). It's great, and has transformed the bed. I'll have to keep the one I had bought as a spare. Just a pity that their communication is lacking.

Following a five week Cunard Cruise, I discovered that the really comfortable mattress in my cabin was made by Sealy and were available directly from the factory.
The Cunarder mattress is super comfortable and I am getting a very good nights sleep.
Highly recommended.
