Scalapay is an innovative payment service allowing consumers to pay for their purchases in 3 instalments, without interests: the first at the time of ordering, the second after one month and the third after two months.

Scalapay is available on more than 3,000 brand partner websites and in more than 4,000 physical shops. Its partners include names such as Kiko, Twinset, Douglas, Shein, Alpitour and Stroili, as well as fashion, beauty, home and travel companies in 9 countries (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Finland).





How does it work?

Online, the customer can select the payment option at the time of purchase, register and proceed to enter their credit, debit or prepaid card details. The balance will automatically be divided into three instalments, the first immediately, the second and third one month apart. Choosing to pay through Scalapay has no cost, in terms of interest or commission, for the end customer.

In-store, the customer registers on the Scalapay website, selects the retailer where they want to buy and how much they want to spend. The Scalapay system generates a barcode which, when presented at the checkout, will be scanned to complete the transaction.

Best app for payments in 3 installments ever

the app is easy to use and now i can even use your card in different shops, even at those that you don't have a trade partnership with yet! great experience! its easy to track every expense, how many orders i have to be paid, etc. you could only improve if you provided us with a list of payments completed per month (for better tracking) and allow us to buy at non-listed shops as long as we listed the website we're buying at (perhaps that would help you listing new websites as well??)

A convenient way to pay in installments

I have used Scalapay for several purchases and, overall, my experience has been very good. I find it very convenient to split the payment into several installments and know from the beginning how much I am going to pay. The process is simple and the payments are managed clearly. For purchases that I prefer not to pay for all at once, it is a very practical option.

A good and simple service

Until now, I have only had positive experiences with the service. The option to pay in two or four instalments is absolutely great and, believe it or not, very simple. One small improvement that could enhance this service further would be to develop a way to report returns, similar to what Klarna offers. I believe this would make things easier for everyone.
