Be very careful. We purchased an expensive chair because it said on the website that delivery would be within 72 hours. It was intended as a Christmas present so we went ahead. But as soon as we had placed the Order, the confirmation said delivery would not be until around 4 weeks because the product was not even in the country. We complained but the response was either to cancel the Order and get a refund, or wait. This is poor practice, to lull customers into a purchase on the basis of what is at best a mistaken representation, when Satonia knows full well they can’t deliver as promised. But they wouldn’t offer even a goodwill gesture. 4 weeks later and we’re still waiting now.

Just got my order, great as I expected. The delivery was fast and the fabric and the wood of the product are of top quality. Great experience, highly recommend.

The table is solid oak and the colour is just as we hoped. The chairs are brilliant quality, we’re really pleased with our purchase.

...the "non-existent" chair FINALLY showed up...I spent too long chasing up its location/delivery...time I will never get back...I was home alone when the chair arrived and the delivery guys wanted to dump it outside the house as they had "run out of time and were being tracked"...they eventually helped me man handle the chair into the house...overall not the most pleasurable customer service experience but the chair is here....and its cool!....thats the best I can say about my experience and this edited review is kinder than the previous one

I purchased the chair with the promise delivery within 3 days, obviously not true.
10 days after & several emails to them I received an email. ( see below)

There website is now stating ( for new purchase) delivery between 4 & 10 days.
website is obviously misleading customer.

But the email I’ve just received, states they don’t know when my item will be in stock.

I just check the container status. Your item is still shipping from our manufacturer at the moment. I am very sorry for the delay.
The lead time now may be longer than before. The reason is due to the current global manufacturing and shipping challenges and now port congestion, as most of our products are made overseas we are working with restrictions and guidelines from our manufacturers and shipping partners.
But I will keep you updated about the ETA. Once we receive it, we will notify you by email and dispatch it to you within 2 days.

Purchased a replica Eames lounge chair and ottoman, and, it’s (so far) excellent. It’s solid heavy, and looks the part. Not too difficult to put together, instructions are good and easy to understand. Good communication via email. Emma at Satonia was terrific with updating us with the order. If your looking for a classic piece of designer furniture, I highly recommend Satonia.

For a 1/10th of the price of the original you get to enjoy a fabulous replica in real leather and that has nothing to envy to the expensive one. Best buy ever, and very quick delivery!

I ordered the Eames lounge chair, firstly to be told my order was out of stock, once I asked for a refund, they then said it was in stock, and I asked explicitly if delivery would be made Tuesday, so made sure I was in and had to work from home, then to find out the order gets split into different deliveries, 1 of which will arrive today, 1 will not.

The communication between this company and the courier they choose is abysmal, for items of this price they should use a reliable courier.

Don't order from this company, yes the price is cheap but you certainly get what you pay for as I'm finding out, wish I'd waited until I could afford to buy a better quality from a better business.

UPDATE:

After finally receiving the final box of my chair 4 days later and having to arrange to be in again, I began to put it together. Overall the impression is that it's cheap quality, for the price I wasn't expecting anything particularly High quality, but this is below even Ikea standard, the instructions are awful, the predrilled holds do not line up most of the time and the bolts are cheap, the paintwork on the metal chips very, very easily.

The courier that Satonia chooses in below par for the price you pay, I witnessed the courier drop my recent box and the previous one just left it at the door.

Although I now have the chair, I wished I'd have waited a few years and got the authentic chair or something better quality, but they do say buy cheap buy twice! which is very true for this company.

Very disappointed that Satonia feel its acceptable to advertised like "Eames Office Chair" "Eames Lounge Chair" etc etc...when none of these are actual Eames items. They are fake replicas...yet there is nowhere on the site that actually states this. If it was stated somewhere that these weren't genuine that fair enough, you know what you're getting, however, using another companies name to sell a product that has nothing to do with that company is just pure false advertising.

I am not a customer, because I messaged on the live chat system on your website asking if the items are genuine. From which I was informed they were not - I stated you were falsely advertising the products and you replied that I need to take this up with mobelaris because you are dropshipped from them.

I have been back on your website and it still states "Eames Office Chair" you even state "Charles & Ray Eames Chairs" Which they're not! I have taken screenshots of many pages from your site and Live Chat.

I have reported this to Tripadvisor and the Advertising Standards Authority.

As you can see, this review has been verified as genuine from trustpilot. This is thanks to me sending my screenshot of your pre-updated website and the screenshot of our live chat conversation to Trustpilot. As is clearly stated, a purchase is not required to leave a review - proof must be provided of genuine interaction with the company. I have proven this, and the comment stands.

Was interested in buying a chair from this company, but needed some simple additional information. Have emailed them twice without receiving reply or even acknowledgement. Frankly, their price for the item I wanted came into the "if it appears too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true" category, which led me to scour their website for further details of which there were none - no postal address, no phone number, no Co Reg'n No,. no VAT Reg'n No. Under these circumstances I would be very, very, wary of paying for any goods up-front.

We order the Eames Lounge Chair with Footstool in Rosewood finish. It is very well made and looks really good. The real leather is good quality and easy to break in. The wood panels look lovely. The chair is extremely comfortable and the footstool also.
The parts are good quality and overall the armchair and footstool have a luxurious feel and quality and impress visitors immediately.
The service from Satonia is very good and the delivery was prompt(1 week). I would highly recommend this product and supplier.

I bought an Eames Lounge Chair from Satonia last week and is good service and fast delivery during this time, will back again!!

Was very happy with the quick and well packed delivery of my Eames Chair and although I had a problem with the armrests, replacements have now been received and I am enjoying my lovely chair. Satonia were very helpful with my complaint and I would recommend them.

I purchased a leather Le Corbusier LC4 lounger and couldn't believe the price, quality and customer service provided by Satonia. I had read a couple of negative reviews and been slightly apprehensive, but I had nothing to worry about. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

Item (sofa) payed for when ordering but apparently out of stock and was told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. They have repeatedly offered alternative sofa as substitute one of which I accepted only to be told that this is also not available. 7 weeks down the line it transpires they had not even ordered the sofa yet. They steadfastly refuse to give an expected delivery date.
Very untrustworthy practises well below trading standards I should think!!!

Super happy with the armchair,good quality and fast delivery. Overall very satisfied and I would highly recommend.
