Unsatisfied

Payed expensive delivery cost, after 3 weeks no delivery. Customer Service unfriendly, told me first it is on he way, it is not true. Second told me that DPD has passed 3 times but nobody at home. It is not true. There was no notice received from DPD.
Specially no one from this shop contacted me. Finally I decided to cancel the order to get the refund ( even losing the shipping cost.) they told me there is no possibility to cancel, I have to again pay the shipping fee or pick up the product at the shop. ( I am living very far) I have been Reimbursed from PayPal but never buying something from this shop again.

Scammers

Scammers - charge for everything. Flat rate supposedly 220, 'Klempner' tried to charge 320. Cancelled the job for 160 - rip off!
