Stay away from this company — absolutely not recommended at all! I entrusted my thesis for layout and formatting, and the result is nothing short of a disaster. Despite clearly outlining my expectations and even providing a sample document as a reference, the final output failed on multiple fundamental levels.
There are numerous empty pages scattered throughout the document, which disrupt the flow and make it look highly unprofessional. Even more concerning is the complete lack of cross-referencing. I explicitly emphasized the importance of proper cross-references and provided a clear example, yet this was entirely ignored.
Additionally, several tables extend beyond the page margins, making them difficult—if not impossible—to read. These tables are also poorly integrated into the text, with little to no indication or explanation, leaving the reader confused about their relevance.
Overall, the formatting does not meet even basic academic standards. Given the level of instruction and material provided in advance, this outcome is extremely disappointing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Sample Assignment. They initially promised to help with my assignment and even scheduled a call to discuss important details. However, they failed to follow through—never calling me back and constantly rescheduling appointments day after day without explanation. Their lack of communication and reliability was frustrating.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their poor service, they not only refused to take accountability but made me feel even worse by blaming me for their mistakes. They lied about contacting me, even though they never did, and shifted responsibility to me instead of owning up to their failures. This is a clear indication of unprofessional behavior.
