Purchased but not suitable
Purchased but not suitable. Too big and wide and too short. Returned using the process given on the website and refund guidance stated 7 - 10 days to process. Day 12 now and still no contact or refund from them.
Will definitely not be purchasing from them again and feel really disappointed having reached out to customer services, that I was abruptly told, I would have to wait for the 10 days before receiving my refund and then still not receiving it! Poor customer service and poor communication. Disappointing and will not make any further purchases from them, and would not recommend to others.
