Refund process is too slow

This isn't reflective necessarily of Saltrock, but your acquirer, Crew Clothing - who should be more than capable of setting up a better returns process flow. 6 weeks for a refund is a bit excessive.

We visited your store in Braunton, great experience :)

We visited your store in Braunton and had such a lovely experience. The sales assistant was amazing, so helpful and made such a fuss over my son who tried on his clothes before buying for the first time ever! He is autistic and struggles with new situations but felt comfortable enough to go into the fitting room and try on. She gave him stickers and shared our joy! This is the first time we have shopped with your brand and will continue to :)

Lovely store and staff, amazing place!

Easy to find stuff in the store and the workers were very friendly! They asked if I needed help not long after I went in the store. They were all very chatty and friendly, and helpful when asking about if they accept gift cards.
