We love the British coastline and all it has to offer, we're passionate about having the freedom to express ourselves and we surf until the sun goes down (when we get the chance!). Refund process is too slow

This isn't reflective necessarily of Saltrock, but your acquirer, Crew Clothing - who should be more than capable of setting up a better returns process flow. 6 weeks for a refund is a bit excessive.
