Dropped by on Saturday for a lint filter, waited around 10 minutes and paid less than if I’d ordered with shipping. No complaints!

rude when i asked for an update and shouted at me. he was talking to 3 other customers in store while i was on the phone, and being very rude to them also. Did not ship on time, and lied about stock levels which resulted in a several day delay while they tried to source it elsewhere.

If I could give minus scores I would.
The unprofessionalism of this company is mind blowing.
Looked on their website from my parts, found them and ordered the exact ones.
Bearings & seal were too small (wrong ones sent).
Told to send them back and they would send the correct ones.......(at my cost). Had a note in the box explaining the situation only to get an email from them asking to "Please explain the return".
Called them and after about 5 phone calls later they said "Oh the bearing you're after is more expensive" (even though their own website shows the machine model No and the needed parts
$57 more sent to them (including postage....again), after 2 weeks still nothing, called again and between them while I was on the phone they realized it hadn't been sent. A real comedy of errors which seems to be the norm at this company.
This has now been over 2 months and finally got the parts.
I will NEVER use them again and will be going to every review site to post to make sure no one else falls for these fools.

Theft! taken payment for incorrect goods (caused by them), goods returned, not returning payment

Took an order and payment for an emergency washing machine part and express shipping on 9 November with a delivery estimate of 3-5 days , when contacted by phone on 13 Nov initially said would call/email back but nothing, called again later on 13th and was promised immediate dispatch. On 14th part was still showing as “pick” and when followed up by email that evening they reset was cancelled and refunded without explanation.
