The smoking jacket is beautiful. The colour is vibrant and the material quality is top class. Packaging is impressive.

The process of ordering was so simple. We followed measurement instructions and made contact with them on WhatsApp before placing order. They asked for actual pictures of the guys, then told us some measurements don’t look right. We remeasured & thank goodness we did!
Very helpful & suits arrived to us on the Gold Coast Australia within a week from ordering custom made to size! Quality is top notch too! Very happy

totally different from the picture and description... it's a Fake clothing manufacturer!!! even requires extra tax when shipping to Europe!

Please note that I’ve received your suit delivery & I’ve tried it on me, it’s fitting perfect, exactly as per design, my measurements were nicely implied, material also perfect, can make out well qualified, trained staff handles these suits, very well supportive, good communication through emails & before the timeframe of delivery it had been delivered.

From the very beginning, the communication has been outstanding—clear, transparent, and incredibly supportive. You were patient and understanding throughout the process, never pressuring me as I worked on gathering measurements. Initially, I was hesitant about ordering 12 suits for my groomsmen from an online store, especially without the ability to visit a physical shop. It definitely caused me some anxiety. However, your constant updates and reassurance quickly put my mind at ease and gave me confidence in the process.

I'm so glad I took the leap and chose such a bold color like sage. The groomsmen absolutely loved how the suits fit, and they couldn’t stop complimenting how flattering the color was. These suits truly became one of the highlights of my wedding day.

I’ll definitely be returning to purchase more suits in the future—I'm already planning to get a sage suit for myself for upcoming summer events. The quality, fast delivery, and thoughtful packaging were all top tier. Thank you for making this experience so seamless and memorable!

Experience was so-so. The measurements I gave were incorrect on the outseam because I did not realize the pants were meant to fit to the waist instead of the hips. I was unable to contact them initially through email for any customer service in order to verify when the shipping would come through. After a couple of days I found they had a whatsapp number, this is the only way to reach them from what I've noticed. Unfortunately upon receiving the suit which was custom tailored in time for the upcoming event I noticed that the pants didn't fit. Initially thinking that it wasn't my fault I contacted the seller frustrated. I wasn't aware of their no return no refund policy and I would have been more hesitant to buy the 200$ suit if I had known there would be no safety in my purchase. Overall I can only give at most 3 stars due to the poor customer service, most of this going to the correctly sized jacket and vest. The colors on the website are misleading as the actual fabric used seems more generic and less textured. Overall don't expect high quality, maybe more middle of the road to cheap. I understand they did my order quickly which might have resulted in the less than perfect stiching quality. Pants waist was sized more to 34 than the 36 I gave them from the measurements I could get.

Beware! Do not purchase from this company. Their suits are cheap and they will not give you a refund. In exchange they will waste your time on emails, do not purchase.

I ordered 2 suit for marrige party.
I got delivered on time by Express ship.
And quality was good and specially i like product packing.

The suits are of terrible quality and don’t fit 3 of the groomsmen despite sending in measurements. Because we sent in measurements they won’t refund. $615 wasted.

They say custom made. My best man and I were both measured professionally and our suits are not even remotely close. Won’t refund our money because they were custom made. I cannot help that you custom made the suits to the wrong size. Very unprofessional company. Am spreading the word anywhere I can to help others avoid the same awful outcome!

I ordered a 3 piece suit from Sainly for $300. I was horribly disappointed by them. The color was off, fabric completely different and even the buttons were misaligned. They use pictures of high quality suits and just try to replicate them when an order comes in. They tried to tell me that everything was perfect. To get a refund I had to return the item to India, I paid $50 to ship it. They needed to fill out a form so the return could clear customs, instead they ghosted me for over 2 weeks. I reported this to PayPal and luckily they refunded me regardless of where the return was. Save yourself the headache if you're the type to want what was advertised, stay away from Sainly
