With a Ruggable rug, I now have a rug in my kitchen knowing I just put it in the washing machine when it needs a clean. I chose Vianna Black & Ivory 75x215 and it put a finishing touch to my black & white kitchen. We went with the standard rug pad and have been happy with that. There was a good selection of sizes and styles and the website had the information I needed. Delivery was timely. The only negative, it moves a little on my tiles - not glossy- and needs repositioning every few days. Have yet to contact Ruggable for suggestions. Haven't washed it yet but so far I'm liking Ruggable.

From placing the order to delivery, the wait time was minimal, Easy to put down, received exactly what I ordered. As I washed a previous one ,the discision was easy to order another one , so easy to look after.

I’ve been trying to get a rug with green shades for ages, & very glad I finally found a perfect piece. My rug arrived super fast, love the vibrant colours, looks great against my Blackbut floors, very happy with my purchase.

The rugs are lovely but I have been trying to return a couple of items and it is impossible to return the items. There is a ridiculous system where I have to be sent a returns label but I have been waiting for 4 days for this label to be sent and I never get it. You also use a return system called sendle but when I webt to drop ab item off the location on the website said they didn’t accept sendle items after all. I understand this is a different business but you should partner with a returns provider that offers a good prompt service

I love the design and the sizingg, but I found the rug a little more on the rougher side, the texture ain’t as soft as I thought it’s be. Bit pricey for what it is.

The products are exactly as expected when I purchased online. I love the diversity of design, colour and size. One rug arrived with a small print fault. I emailed with a photo and received very prompt response, with a replacement on its way within 24 hrs. So impressed. Website is great and easy to navigate.

I could not believe how fast they were shipped (I am in rural Tasmania) ! Superb quality rugs. I have already put one in the machine after my kitty had an accident. It washed up so well. I will only buy these rugs FOREVER!

It's been weeks. There was no delivery, just constant delays. How can I evaluate a rug that hasn't come after a month? Absolutely useless online shopping experience.

Great colour, was very indecisive about colour and thickness of the pad but got the hazel, it’s perfect.
The thick padding is very thick so iam putting those hall runners into the kitchen and the thin padding one in the hall. They don’t move around at all. Top layer is all Velcro so holds the top in place very well.
Haven’t washed yet, extremely happy.

Good follow up via email re delivery date. Good arrived sooner than expected which was a lovely surprise. Carpet is great…size is accurate…only one thing we thought the ‘red’ colour would have been a little deeper -as per the photo; but we’re very happy

the product arrived quickly ans was left according to my instructions so I wasn't chasing it around parcel pick up places.
I was able to choose 2 different rugs that both suited my decor.
it is so easy to wash and keep clean.
