Great innovative idea for washable rugs with a rug pad of choice. Suits my house with the high traffic areas that need constant cleaning. Much easier to throw in the wash than steam clean. Delighted with the product, quality and delivery/comminication.

It looks good but it feels awful to walk on. It doesn’t have a conventional rug pile …so it doesn’t really trap dirt, which is a shame because we wanted to use it in a high traffic area. You can’t use a Dyson rotating head to vacuum it. (At least this is what the care information states) which is a shame, as this is our only vacuuming option.

The rugs are beautiful, and reasonably priced.
But there’s much more. I have a dog, and for the past week I’ve been dog-sitting another. Gazing at the puppy paw prints on the rug this morning, I am very thankful that I can throw the rug into the washing machine to bring it back to pristine condition.

Your company has beautiful rugs and I love that they are washable, especially when I have a pet and the rugs ordered were for a high traffic area. Unfortunately I had to return both rugs because the colour dffered so much from the advertised colour. I ordered a sage green, and, in your photo, it looked just right but, when they arrived, they were nothing like the photo, more grey than anything. However, your staff were very kind and helpful and allowed me to return them for a full refund and I thank you so much for being so accommodating.

Yesterday, my ruggable order arrived! It was earlier than expected and they both really elevated my living space. I was stoked with how beautiful they are, and they were so easy to “install”
The smaller of the two rugs was apparently packaged by a tape happy, mummification enthusiast. It appears the tape has “leaked” through the box and left my rug with a small stain and feeling super sticky all over. I know it’s washable but I couldn’t help but feel disappointed as I would have liked to enjoy the rug before needing to wash it. I’d like to order again, but please ensure less tape next time 🙏

My 17 month old just made it worth every cent. He came from childcare with some stomach bug and had liquid poop running down his legs while walking all over the rug... Well, you got the picture.
Instead of taking a soiled rug to the balcony to wash it with the hose after a working day I just removed the top and put it in the washing machine🙏

Highly recommend. The ‘William Morris’ design rug looks beautiful in our bedroom, perfect for our 120 year old Queenslander home. It outshines the 8 times more expensive rug we bought for our living area! Set up was easy & it vacuums without lifting. It’s reassuring to know I can wash it, as we have 2 large dogs. Great entry rug, it's a bit lighter than the images but that works well in the space (and even a darker one would have looked good so I wasn't concerned as long as it was pink).
I have two other Ruggable rugs and know they are easy to clean and are great for high traffic areas.

The purchase and delivery was super easy. The product sits nicely on the floor and corners don’t roll up. Also nice underfoot with the extra padding. Pattern was as expected. Overall - love the new kitchen matt
