Great product, damaged packaging.
The stainless steel pitcher is beautiful and arrived unharmed however the packaging was wet and had a mildew odor, including the inner gift box. This purchase is meant as a gift.

excellent experience
This was my first time ordering from Royal Design and everything went like clockwork. Communication about the order and shipping was prompt and my items arrived within a week despite being shipped from Sweden. The shipping info included a tracking code.
I purchased a boot tray and a doormat, both rubber, so I was not particularly worried about damage. The boot tray was beautifully packaged by the manufacturer, Tica Copenhagen, and put in a standard FedEx box by Royal Design. The doormat (by Dixie) was not internally packaged, just slightly rolled up (mostly flat) and put in a resized FedEx box without any padding. Both arrived in perfect condition. However, if I were purchasing something with more potential for damage, I would contact Royal Design to ask about the packaging.
Both items look even nicer in person than on the website! Lovely!

Excellent experience.
The merchandise itself was a bit of a disappointment. Specifically the wastebasket. Compared to the toilet brush it was very light and seemed a bit cheap.
Both look great and I’ll probably purchase other merchandise for my other bathrooms.

Gorgeous red cup and saucer
Was able to get a nice cup and saucer not found in my country. I wish they had a mug size as I would get that too. Item was securely packed, because there was a fragile sticker on box so of course it got smushed. Not a scratch. Tracking available from Sweden to US. Will use vendor again.

I have shopped from Royaldesign numerous times, and I am genuinely happy with the selection and shipping. The only thing I do not understand is why you cannot create a user, see your past orders, and save your wishlist! Hence, I removed one star.
