I recently purchased a fat bike from…

I recently purchased a fat bike from this company, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the overall experience. From the beginning, the customer service was friendly, responsive, and very helpful in answering all my questions.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality fat bike and great customer service.

Good experience

Roxx bike shops offers a variety of e-bikes. I bought mine a while ago when my second hand was stolen. They offered me a small discount for the new bike because I had the old tire left over. Over the years they've always helped me when something was broken and repaired in a proper amount of time. Overall good experience.

Bought two bikes.was really happy…

Bought two bikes.was really happy untill one broke after a year off using.needed to change the whole control system with costed me a lot.so think before you buy.i dont think i will recomend it to anyone this shop.so now waiting the other one to broke down after a year🤣

You write us by whatsapp and we told you that we waiting for respons of your supplier because of the error code. After we got response we text you back and we didnt get any response from you. So we don't understand this review.
