Ron Smith poor service.
Ron Smith, great at selling things to you but useless at after sales care.
Brand new Echo strimmer supplied by RS used 3 times developed a running fault. RS took a £40 deposit to look at it. They decided it was a fuel issue which had caused damage to the carburettor so outside warranty. £214 quoted to fix
I took it away bought a £12 replacement carburettor refuelled and it’s running brilliantly! 10 minute REALLY EASY FIX!
Not the first time I’ve had issues with RS but it will be the last. Avoid is my advice. Plenty of other dealers in Herefordshire!

Incorrect product
I had order a part and not understanding properly the part was incorrect.
I emailed the shop explaining what I intended to do and it wasn’t possible.
They said return which I did with a full refund no problem at all.
Fantastic customer service, others could learn from these.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Not willing to admit their mistakes. Blatantly misleading trading practices (mis-selling products). Genuinely, one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with.

Ordered on the 1st June did not receive item until 12th June. Although website did say item was in stock, not sure what the delay was?
