Rv was great. Customer service at Orlando office was not
The service we received in orlando was very unwelcoming. No one greeted us we had to find someone to help us. We waited about 15 minutes until someone helped us. Took us about 30 minutes to get everything. The tour of the rv was short and sweet and to the point Not thorough at all. That office needs some customer service training. They were unprofessional non welcoming and just half way did their job. We had some ac issues with this rv It took two days to get it resolved. It ended up being the knob was in the wrong setting. Problem was we could not see the ac color dark blue on a dark gray knob. The ac switch was in the fan the entire time we had the problem because we could not see the ac pic because of its color. We had to get a flashlight to see the dark blue ac mark on the gray knob. Not visible to the naked eye. . If the Orlando office would've allowed more time when showing us the rv and mentioned the ac knob we would've not had a problem. Also the gage for the gray tank was not working We filled up quite quickly because we never new it was full cuz the gage wasn't working. No one addressed this with the Orlando office or the customer service line. They just told us to empty our gray tank. The rv itself was immaculate. Everything we needed.
