NON EXISTENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've been trying to get through them for the longest time and all my emails went unanswered! I had missing and damaged goods and after acknowledging, they disappeared! I've been with them since 2013 and it's getting from BAD TO WORSE! Just refund what is owed to me and I just want to move on!!!!!

The customer service finally contacted me.
After two months from that I got my order with damaged parts their customer service finally contacted me.
They asked me what went wrong with the order and I've got a refund for the damaged parts.
Even if it took some time for them to respond, I'm happy that they did.
Now I'm thinking of purchasing more from them.
I just hope they look over their packaging methods and use package material next time.

Long delivery times
I ordered some car parts from them that they said that they had in stock. The website said 1-2 days for delivery. After 2 days I sent an email and asked them why my stuff was not sent yet. The answer I got was that they were going to send the parts the day after (wednesday) or latest the day after that.
On Sunday I sent an email to them that I wanted to cancel my order as it wasn't shipped yet. On monday morning I got an email that they had processed my order and was ready for dispatch. If I did not wanted it I could simple refuse to accept the package?!?
This is a dishonest way and I cannot recommend anyone to order car parts from there. I believe that there are better web shops for car parts out there!

Excellent, good price and speedy delivery.
Rexbo supplied headlights for my 1992 camper van that every company, except one, that I tried in the UK said was no longer available. The one company in the UK said that they may be able to get them said that if they could, it may take up to 8 weeks and quoted nearly double what Rexbo charged me. I am still waiting for a reply to my email asking them for an update. However, enquiries to Rexbo were answered promptly and efficiently and I can't rate them highly enough.
