Fast and functional

Everything was smooth. Wide range of products, fast delivery, and competitive prices. I saved ~200€ by ordering the parts from Rexbo and installing them myself, compared to having those replaced at a local workshop.

Slow bad service

I needed one part fast. Saw in rexbo.eu that they have it and ships within 24h. Bought it. Then 1 day had to wait because their crappy system could not see my payment i did with paypal. After 3 mails they corrected it and order became processing. 3 days later still processing. Wrote them like 4 emails asking to cancel order, opened dispute in paypal..still nothing.... WASTE of time.

PS look at this company so pathetic-when people leaves 5 stars -they replay, when people complains -they have 0 interest in replaying review.

Good website

Good website, great prices and quality products (Febi, Gates, VDO) for my old volvo 760. Mostly it's a problem to find good and decent quality parts !
I had to wait 1 week for the parts but well, it's all fine in the end ;-)

Below my experience with Rexbo;

The products at Rexbo.com may seem cheaper than at other suppliers, but their service is horrible. When i received the order i missed one part.(ordered 2x a wiper got 1x) I called with their customer service, they will send the missing part.
Now 3 weeks later and 3x called, I still haven't hear or received my missing part.
They never called me back, wouldn’t give me back the money, no package, no solution

Rexbo has an beautiful website in dutch, they say there is an dutch customer service only the speak no dutch. German or English.

In dutch; Oplichters!!!!!

Very pleased also as i previously experienced trouble trying to source this exhaust part to the UK from 2 online companies carrying .co.uk web address.

Horrible service

Hi,

Below my experience with Rexbo;
The products at Rexbo.com may seem cheaper than at other suppliers, but their delivery time and service is horrible.

Ordered my products; value of about 90 euro. And within a few days I received a tracking number from DPD. That all went well, however, 2 weeks later still no package. I checked the tracking number and the only parcel status information I saw was: “Order information has been transmitted to DPD.”

I ended up calling over an hour spread over 6 calls.
First reason for delay: The package was at DPD, so nothing Rexbo could do.
I called DPD: they stated that they never had received the package

Called back to Rexbo.
They were going to check their stock department, and would call me back.

Never called me back, and every time I called there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t give me back the money, wouldn’t send me another package, no other solutions possible. I just had to wait.

Today, over 3 weeks later, I received the package. Products are just fine, however the promised “free” Brake cleaner is missing. Not in the mood for calling Rexbo again..

Product not as described, no resolution to my complaint.

ordered a Hella Motor received a shop soiled unsealed Hella labelled box with a Saia Burgess Motor in the box. Was it new? No response from a complaint to Rexbo.eu. Would not buy from this company again no trust in their integrity.
They responded 25 April that they would resolve my complaint by 3 May no further contact still, looks good when you look at the review, appears they are actually going to do something, the reality so far is different.
11 May, I think they must be looking into a bottomless pit 8 days later no resolution.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I'm based in the UK and the delivery from Germany was probably faster than ordering from a UK based company so WELL DONE Rexbo. I will certainly order from you again.

Great service and ethics.

This company has made owning a German car affordable and practical. Where previously at the mercy of the Australian distributors (shocking price gougers) I can now get parts delivered quicker from Germany to our address than from our nation's capital. Highly recommend purchasing from Rexbo.

No customer service

I have been ordering parts from Rexbo for a long time and have usually had no problems. However, this time an expensive item from my order was either not sihpped or was lost during shipment. In order to track down what happened, I have had to get in contact with Rexbo which has not been possible. They do not respond to e-mails nor do they respond to messages submitted on their website.

As I have now exhausted all options including trying to get PostNord and DHL to track down the missing item, I am now forced to file a dispute with my bank and have them refund an amount equal to the item's price. I did receive the other item so if just Rexbo would bother to respond, this issue could probably be resolved much quicker as they simply need to get in contact with DHL and have them search for the item (if they are in fact responsible for its disappearance).

Unless Rexbo responds to this negative review, I will have to advise others to stay away from them. It is simply unacceptable that the customer service is non-existing as they are the only ones who are authorized to make DHL and other shipment companies search for missing packages.

UPDATE: Rexbo finally answered and the issue has been resolved. While I cannot give them a top rating for this particular purchase, I am going to give them an average rating this time and hopefully a perfect rating the next time.

Manufactured Defect Item - Power Steering Pump

The worst service ever and no response. Wonder a scam company...
Sent a defected item and claimed a functioning one, ended up couldn't refund! Overall, it took almost 6 months to do nothing! No money guarantee back and buyer is taking a high risk to deal in .

PLEASE BUY FROM RENOWNED WEBSITE!

Bad experience

I ordered shocks for my Alfa. I got cheaper shocks than ordered, and no reply from Rexbo, when I made a polite approach regarding the issue. My first and last experience with them.
