Parts didn't ship out until I started asking around. My card had been charged and I had waited patiently for the order status to change for a week or two. Customer service promptly got my shipment to me when I complained.

I tried a lot in many places around world, through online and over phone, no where i found parts for my vehicle, the moment i got this store i got my car alive with all necessary parts, single stop for major car parts, the best store and very immediate and prompt shipment also prompt response. I strongly recommend REXBO. You are the best store in this world.

Made a €100 Order (EN-425634) of parts for my Mazda 3 and everything fit, except for the front brake pads. The shape was totally different from the ones on my car so I am assuming they were incorrectly listed as compatible to my car on the website. Tried contacting support and had to wait a whole week for just 2 replies;

In short, they offered a refund but only for the item not for the shipping costs, and only AFTER they received it. They didn't offer to send the correct part either until we sort this out, so at least I could start my work on the car. I explained that the item costs €29.49 while my local post quoted me €27.01 for shipping it back. So I am definitely not going to go through all the hassle for just €2!!! I asked politely if this could be resolved in a better way as I wasn't returning an item just because I didn't like it or out of leisure, but because they made a mistake and it wasn't fair on me to pay €27 for a mistake from their side. I just got a reply that they are sorry they "cannot tell me anything more pleasing" and that they will not pay for any of the return costs.

I don't think I would have been asking for much if rexbo would either send me the correct part for Free, or at the very least, give me a full refund of the incorrect part. It was their mistake after all which also caused me to waste 2 weeks... This was my 3rd order on rexbo.eu, but definitely, definitely, my last one!! Just ordered the correct brakes from another online company for the same price and half the wait time for dispatch.

i am still awaiting a reply to an email 2.5weeks ago about the unsuitable purchase of a lambda sensor. what i ordered and what i recieved are quite different. refer order no en-423602 delivery note lsw559395. the item is a vegaz ul161 , what i recieved is a walker sensor . this is to be fitted to a saab 9-5 2002 arc, when i cross referenced the item on the walker site the walker no , it said clearly not suitable for saab. i am still waiting for a reply and suggested action as my original order was for a bosch sensor. i took what was suggested as a replacement would be suitable.

Great website, auto save basket is great selection of parts is excellent but very poor to respond to questions, sometimes not reply or even 1 to 2 weeks of a waiting for a response. But I still got my parts everuhings was fine, delivery as expected. Just needs better communication...

The trade itself was easy, and most parts had the expected quality. Parts from the brand "Budweg" had several issues: One locking pin for brake pads was too long so I had to cut it to fit. The rubber dust sealing for brake piston had a shape not suitable for this caliper, there was one to many grooves/lip, so I had to manually with a tiny scissor cut away a very small part of the rubber to make it stay locked in the grooves in the caliper.

SERVICE & QUALITY BOTH ARE GOOD. BUT TRADE PEOPLE CANT AFFORD IT.

Parts are not properly referenced with no photos or technical details. Once the parts are finally sourced from all over the planet it seems (10 - 14 days), If something is not available you will NOT be contacted, they will simply remove the part and reimburse the amount WITHOUT informing you, so the job you have planned cannot be completed. The parts will be dispatched with 14kg brake discs for a truck mixed with fragile parts so they can damage them and break open the box and loose components. once the order is dispatched the history is cleared from your account and you cannot with a simple click provide feedback or make a comment or complaint. you will have to call and spend an half an hour explaining to them..... Hope they can sort this.

my order takes too long to finalise as some of the items that i ordered are not available. however . for them to proceed for delivery takes a looonngg time not until i prompted, initiate it. that only then that YOU come up will you e mails responding to it. OVERALL very bad experience for my first oder
