Solid platform with useful features for managing leads and outreach. Support was responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns.

Been using RESimpli for a couple months now to run our acquisitions side — CRM, dialer, and SMS drips all in one place. Having most of everything under one roof beats juggling multiple tools. Still learning the platform, but so far it's done most of what we needed it to. Setup took a minute but support is responsive when I have questions.

Juvelle consistently provided daily updates without us needing to follow up. She was very easy to communicate with and great to work with. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was very helpful throughout the process. While the resolution couldn’t be completed in a single day, she stayed on top of it and saw it through to completion.

Richard always takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered AND I understand. He also does a great job with following up afterwards to make sure I dont need anything else. I love REsimpli as a CRM and their support is superior to any I have seen

I have used REsimpli for years. The system has everything you need to run your real estate business. The support has always been very good. I am always able to reach a live person that can answer my questions. Great team and a great product.

Whenever I am confused about something or simply need assistance with maneuvering within the system, the customer service team for REsimpli is there! Not only are they supportive but the options that they provide are fantastic. Sometimes I can only send them a quick chat or ping. Other times, I need to share my screen and can hop into a zoom. Hands down best user experience ever!

REsimpli has great features to keep the numerous calls and properties organized from the first call. Properties are easy to access and update. If I have any questions or issues, the support team is always ready, willing and able to step in and get it resolved in a timely manner. It was definitely the right decision to go with REsimpli.
