I have been looking for Spare/replacement poles for my Vaude Terra Quattro Tent for some time now with no success. This is a brilliant tent for two people to use for backpacking, that is quick to put up and spacious. Recently whilst walking the Pennine Way one of the poles ends partially fractured which was annoying but understandable considering how many times the tent has been used, stress fracture. Gorilla Tape to the rescue!!
I found your company online that had genuine Vaude poles for my tent that can be cut to length, amazing.
I will be ordering a few more of the same poles now that I know they are correct and fit. The only difference is the colour, the original poles are bronze/gold but that is just cosmetic and not that important.

Overall almost was fine, but this time the company (?) changed delivery address without asking me. I sent complain to the company, nobody even replied. So to some degree I am disappointed. Luckily the sleeping bag I ordered is top-notch.

Fantastic service. I could not find this item anywhere else and the price was good and delivery to the UK was tracked and VERY VERY fast.
Impressed and I will use again.

Waited until my card was charged before informing me an item was out of stock when I asked when it would be available I was told they have no idea, still waiting on a refund...

Edit: This store said the funds were released two days ago, however when I contacted my bank I was told this never happend and I would need to file a claim. I got the feeling I would have never received my refund if I did not escalate the situation
I really wanted to like this store and even planned on changing my review after they told me everything was taken care of. However I was simply misled for the second time.
Perhaps most people have a good experience when shopping here but I cannot recommend based off of my personal experience.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! They really took the time to explain thoroughly and give good (and to be honest, very pedagogical) answers to all my billion questions.

I have both bought and rented equipment from them. Love the environmental thought behind the business while it also gives me the opportunity to actually try out products before buying.

Excellent ! Approximately 15-30 minutes after I have made my order of Skies, I received an email from the post office that the package had had been sent. The skies themselves arrived well packed and everything as promised.
