Another car made a damage on my rental car. The rental company took the damage amount from my deposit. I claimed my insurance, sent the papers, which was very easy and the same day I had my money back. I'm so happy!

The company has a great idea to pick people up from airport and take them to car rental and even pick them up and take them back to airport after car drop off pick up could have been faster but over all great idea that's for making my trip that much easier

During our trip in Turkey, something unexpectedly hit the windshield of our rental car while we were driving near Izmir, and the windshield suddenly started cracking. The rental company later charged us for the damage, so we submitted a claim to RentalCover.

At first, they requested some additional supporting documents because they needed clearer information about the excess/deductible amount in the rental agreement. After we uploaded the correct documents and explained the situation, the process moved quickly and smoothly.

First time using rental cover as my credit card insurance no longer covers the full excess. Cracked window on hire car. Provided all requested documentation, quite a bit but all relevant. The full claim amount was in my account in 2 days, WOW (indicated it could take 10 days). As long as you give them the information and documents that they ask for it works perfectly.

As long as all the paperwork is submitted, it’s easy to file the claim and they pay the other party directly. I just wished they have a phone number to call not just an email.
