Someone recommended Valeria Nicotra to us as we were searching for an apartment in catania. i found a few apartments that i liked, and reached out to her to organize a few visits. She was kind enough to organize visits even of apartments not represented by Remax. Valeria speaks english which was a major help for us who don't speak good italian. once we decided on an apartment , she helped us with a surveyor visit and negotiation. she was very very helpful. Remax took good care of us with the contract as well. we are very pleased with our experience.
