I have waited a week for 2 parcels from vinted, got a message saying if I haven't received it by 11th November they will reimburse me. With Evri I normally receive within 3 days, this is ridiculous

Absolutely terrible! Please dont use this delivery company. Nothing is ever delivered on time and also it doesn't always get delivered.

Not even worth 1 star my delivery was expected by today now the date changes up to 15 November that’s almost 4 weeks this is unacceptable I will be deleting relay on Vinted app the service is absolutely useless

Completely unreliable! It's more of a scam! Tracking system not effective. Meaning that you can't effectively track your parcel. Taking weeks and even up to more than a month to deliver a parcel. I sold an item on vinted and the buyer selected Relay for the delivery of the item. I shipped the item the same day 20/09/2026, and till now the parcel hasn't been delivered. Meaning that it's 20 days now since the parcel was shipped but hasn't been delivered.

Abysmal service. Item I won dropped off by seller on the 6th October. Wasnt even picked up by Relay until the 11th. Its now the 14th and I still havent had it delivered, no movement still at initial sorting office. I thought Evri / Yodel were bad but this service is 100% worse. I get all my Evri items within 3 or 4 days. 8 days later the Relay parcel is nowhere near being delivered. I wonder if they are owned by one of these pallet companies - that sell on undelivered goods - that would be a good explanation as to these 100's of reviews where parcels are never received.

Relay advertise delivery in 2-3 days, I've sold items on vinted and not one been delivered in this time frame, the latest one has gone missing posted 2 weeks ago, so frustrating, I've now removed Relay as a delivery option from my vinted account. Awful service.

If you’re a parcel carrier with sticky fingers then relay is the ideal company for you to work for, because clearly the amount of parcels that go missing, including my own, couriers just help themselves and relay, don’t care. don’t even respond to you

They are criminals!You all should report them!Also not sure why Vinted listing them as a delivery option,thats beyond me…

Bought an item from Vinted, the seller posted it promptly 28th Sept. Last update was 4th October saying they will 'update soon'.
Absolutely nothing since. I've emailed customer services with no response.
How the heck is this 'company' still going ? they are beyond incompetent.
The amount of missing parcels is beyond normal for a delivery firm.
I will avoid buying from anyone using Relay in future

Terrible delays on items with non existent tracking for days and no response from online enquiries. Avoid them. Cheap and awful.

Worst delivery company ever! And I thought evri was bad these lot are even worse took my parcel my customer has been waiting over 11 days and no shipping update or idea on where it is

Slimey. Don't need to add much, read all the other reviews. Can't wait for them to fold (and something worse buy it out ha).

Never used this company before but sell alot via Vinted and 2 parcels sold using this company.
The first parcel was stuck on 'courier collected' for days, i emailed them amd was ignored then had notification that it may be lost.
2 parcel has been on 'received' for 4 days so waiting for the notification that has grown legs too!!
I have emailed again but not holding my breath!
I have now taken them off my Vinted profile.
I sent a parcel via Inpost 2 days after the Relay on and that has been delivered and completed!
I had never heard of Relay and now I know why because they will collect parcels but not deliver! Probably keep it all and then sell on themselves because you cant possibly lose everything legitimately
Absolutely shocking delivery service

I have now posted 8 orders through Vinted and every one is delayed. Can’t believe Vinted use them.

Do not use. You will not know when your package is being delivered and if it’s the correct parcel or not. Lack of concise tracking updates and updates are vague at best. My partner placed an order with Evri through Vinted and it arrived today (Evri takes 4 days from processing to delivery). I ordered a parcel from Relay 10 days ago and it is still sat at their sorting warehouse, reading other reviews this is the same for many other customers. Sloppy and cheap. It seems they have no customer service team either; support requests are done via email with no response. They don’t have a customer service phone number either so…. Use at your own risk, I’ve learned my lesson and will stick with Evri or In-post!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Appalling service and delayed delivery because of parcel being lost by the courier. Avoid at all costs. Vinted should stop working with this provider!

I would give zero stars of I could. Just as bad as Amazon. Delivered my parcel to someone's recycling bin, luckly I recognized the door to find the parcel but can't even deliver to the correct address.

It's not that difficult to read a door number.

Keeps getting delayed, no information on when it would come, and contact us button on website doesnt even work

The person delivering does not know how to use a letterbox or a doorbell. Not a company I would choose.
