Parcel not delivered. No response through the online contact form. No other way to contact them. Not great.

First attempt said failed delivery

First attempt said failed delivery, they never tried, we were in all day. Package left at a store for pick up, no where near our home. Store said driver told them we were not on his route. Store obliged to take package.
We will never again buy anything to be delivered by Relay. A pathetic excuse for a delivery service.

Stealing items

I’ve sent 3 vinted parcels with relay and all 3 were stolen and replaced with other items. Don’t not use!!

Horrible experience with relay delivery…

Horrible experience with relay delivery man.
They will inform you that your parcel will be delivered and It’s 5 min away.
I waited and excited to receive my order.
The next message was your parcel delivered.
I came out, and can’t found my parcel . On my ring video, the delivery man , knocked on my door slightly, placed the parcel on my front door, took a picture of it with my door number and made away with the parcel.
We looked for it , asked neighbours, would not find it
I Reported the incident and the company do nothing about it.
It was a bad experience., and l wish sellers should stop using relay.

The courier didn,t knock the door

The courier didn,t knock the door. Instead put parcel under the front of my car. This is not my safe place. This company never follows instructions. I wish another delivery would be used.

On two occasions I order from vinted

On two occasions I order from vinted, relay was the delivery service!!! Dreadful lost one item, then miss packed another item! Had to wait over a month before I had a refund ! Really wanted the items they were unique! Very disappointed and won’t be using them again.

The worst of worst !
My parcel is lost in transit probably stolen by them. Awful awful company why on earth are Vinted still using them.

Terrible service two parcels I have…

Terrible service two parcels I have sent through Relay on Vinted have been lost which has resulted in bad reviews for me. Luckily I have been able to turn relay off as an option .
Don’t understand why Vinted still offer them as a postal service option?

Dont contact them. They won't reply.

Inexcusable and laughable "customer service." Wanted my parcel delivered to my house, but accidentally clicked the collect button and couldnt change it back. Admittedly, that was my fault, but it shouldn't take one click to change method of delivery!! So what, no confirmation? I didnt even pick the location it defaulted to one for me. When I contacted customer service for help i didnt receive one reply. They still havent replied and its been a week. I had to go collect the parcel at that point. Imagine I was a disabled person, or someone who was unable to leave their house to collect a parcel? For me it was a minor inconvenience, for someone else it could mean losing the package all together. Your customer service is lacking. Do better for goodness sake.

Nothing but problems with this delivery service & I'm absolutely sick of it. I would never choose to use this service, even turned it off on my Vinted. I ordered some hair products off Tik Tok shop, they sent them via Relay. My brother had also ordered something that was coming on the same day via the same delivery service. The delivery driver delivered his parcel which was just something cheap & then said that mine was unsuccessful to be delivered because I wasn’t home. My brother answered the door to the delivery driver! Said they would try the next day & it never came. Seems a bit suspicious that something cheap was delivered & something expensive apparently couldn’t be. Then a few months later, I order a cup through Etsy. It’s been in transit for weeks & there’s been no update, so now I’m in the process of having to open a case with Etsy. Absolutely shocking service & it needs shutting down. It’s ridiculous & a waste of time. Also on the website, it gives you the option to contact them but you actually can’t because it doesn’t let you click on it. Shocking disgusting service & lying delivery drivers who are thieves. Shut this company down immediately & avoid using at all costs.

The worst delivery company ever ! Customer service just don’t respond I’ve ended up with a pair of disgusting sandals rather than a lovely skirt I ordered off Vinted absolute joke of a company can’t believe Vinted are still using them ! 😡

AVOID !! Absolute CRAP

AVOID !!! Tracking is absolute rubbish. Tells you that delivery was attempted when our cctv shows it wasn’t. Then tells you that it was taken to PITSTOP but doesn’t say where PITSTOP is. Not received any messages or emails with any information either. Only use RELAY if you want to lose your parcel.

Relay don’t know how to deliver

So, ordered some equipment (won’t name just yet) and I’ve been sent a tracking link that takes you to Relay which has a totally useless tracking info service on its website, how on earth do these people keep getting work, it’s so bad.

The “delivery window” has come and gone and even the suppliers “sorry about that” email is poor saying delays can happen, having now read more reviews of Relay I’m amazed they still use them.

Seriously, suppliers should give you a Choice on delivery service, at least then it’s your choice if it goes wrong

Do not use Relay…….. ever!

DRIVER STOLE MY PARCEL BEWARE!!

Driver staged a fake delivery by putting half my parcel in the letter box taking a confirmation picture and taking the parcel back out immediately I was at home of the time of delivery and only 1 other neighbour on my Landing who know very well it was a small Vinted parcel under £10 probably wouldn’t even fit the fool karma will come lol
