Worse than Evri and that's saying something. Parcel had the correct name and address but completely wrong contents. Absolutely zero response from customer service. Never again.
Excellent service
Shein have used Relay recently to deliver to me, far better service than Evri etc who if no one is in just leave parcels in full view of the street, despite there being easy and obvious places to put it out of sight. Relay let you know when they will be coming in a reasonable time window, then text when 10 min away. They ask for safe place instructions you write yourself & can send a photo of where on your property the safe place is. Excellent service!

I'm not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I've now had 3 different parcels delivered on time and in good order!

I now have no less than 5 parcels missing and all in one week. This is not coincidence...it's theft. Posted 3 and I am awaiting 2...all are missing. That's 5 out of 5. I can't believe it ! I don’t think I can ever stop talking about this outrageous experience. 9 days ago I was told by relay that my parcel was due to come that day however I was later told that it had been delayed. At first i wasn't angry as I was told by relay I would be updated within 48 hours. Wow it’s been 9 days with nothing, I am absolutely speechless. This has to be a social experiment, in fact this whole delivery service, has to be a social experiment. Unless one of the incompetent delivery drivers they hire has stolen my new eyelashes I have ordered from shein and is driving around wearing them, there is just no excuse. The customer service is outrageous, they must have children working on that, I gave emailed twice and again what a surprise took 4 days to reply. If I ever ever ever get told my parcel is being delivered by them I 100% send it back. I am shocked, this service is so bad its almost laughable.

Lied, said I weren't in for my delivery. I have a ring doorbell and was sitting like an idiot waiting for it in the tome they said they would deliver. Even though its changed a cpl.of times. Have to get up in 4 hours to work, sat there like a fool.... said cane here but noone here. I have a ring doorbell and the liar didn't even come!!!
They lie and waste your time
For the second time, I was home and the driver never attempted the delivery. Came to my building and just drove off. What’s worse is that they gave me a delivery time period and a count down stop by stop. So I sat by the door when it said 1 stop away and suddenly “delivery unsuccessful”. Waste of an evening
They don’t care
Courier collected parcel 5 days ago and STILL waiting for it to arrive. I will never use or recommend this company. Hopefully won’t last when they have such little respect for their customers.

The driver stated they had delivered it to an enclosed porch! I don’t have a porch I live in a terraced house the driver then took a picture of my living room window and rammed a large parcel through a very small open window knocking several blinds off

I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery service.
The recipient received a completely different parcel instead of the item I actually sent. This appears to be a serious sorting or label mix-up within their system.
The parcel was sent through Vinted, which means I have now potentially lost both my item and my money because the buyer did not receive the correct parcel.
I have raised a formal complaint and provided evidence/photos to investigate what happened to the original parcel. I also tried contacting customer support through multiple channels, but unfortunately I have not received any meaningful response or assistance.
At the moment, I cannot confidently recommend this service.

If I could give it a 0 I would. But that’s impossible. All the tech gear no idea it seems. No human in sight to speak to about the utterly poor service it provides. Direct your issues to the people who run it, Jonathan Jenssen and Nicole Mazza you can find them on LinkedIn and other places online so surely they will have some answers to reimburse all sellers and buyers who have fallen foul of the so called service provided! God awful. I shan’t use them again neither will I use any company that uses them to deliver parcels.

Worst shipping company in UK. They got my order since 4days and not yet getting them over to me
No delivery - and no way to speak to anyone
Waiting for a next day delivery from TOPSHOP - they have used Relay for delivery. Did not come next day - 3 days later no update and no way to notify Topshop or properly get through to Relay. Have emailed. Lets see, but wont get my parcel in time for the trip I ordered them for.

Can’t stress enough how bad this company is. Am awaiting four separate parcels and they are taking forever!!!! Four is not isolated. It’s not one is a bit delayed. It’s ALL of them. Will never be using again. Beyond bad. At this point I’m not even expecting them to turn up. The tracking is also terrible and don’t even bother contacting. Pointless company. They make Royal Mail look first class!
Avoid
New courier on vinted, cheaper so thought I'd try. First parcel arrived, but no tracking after collection, but didn't worry too much. I've recently bought 2 more, both from different places. Both collected a day apart, both still not delivered. In the meantime I ordered another using inpost. That's here even though ordered a day later. I wish I'd have read these reviews before ordering. My advice would be don't be tempted.

Poor service, delivery times, information, and communication. All around, a 1/5 service, even the website UI (user experience) is flawed. Not sure why this company exists in an industry where the competitors outclass them in every metric.
I thought I’d try it on Vinted as it was advertised as 2-4 day service, the quickest and cheapest option. The parcel I ordered the next week came with impost quicker than this did; this relay parcel still hasn’t arrived. There is no sense of urgency in the face of a delayed parcel.
Stay away from this company if you care about punctuality, safety, and efficiency. Not worth the ever so slight cost saving
