They sent me an invalid tracking #
I inquired then received a tracking # stating item was delivered. I never received anything.
They are just wiping their hands saying to contact Post Office.

Order two lasers from them. First, they overcharged my credit card. I disputed it right away and they did not argue so the credit card company returned the overcharged amount. Then they sent me two cheap flashlights instead of the hundred dollar lasers I ordered. Now I can’t dispute it with the credit card company. Shipped from China, of course.
Absolute scam! Advertised laser that could cut amd burn thru wood, but overcharged my creditcard and sent a really cheap flashlight instead. Then tried to say I can either pay to return it or accept a very low joke of a refund (Barely 10% of purchase price!). Disputing with credit card and escalating to fraud department.

I ordered an item in late December, and received several notices tracking the shipping status, with the last one showing it in transit in the US. Then nothing further. When I inquired, they sent me a new tracking number stating it arrived at my post office back in January for pickup. I never received a notice from my post office, and when I checked at the post office, they had no record of any such package.
Now the customer service team states the package was returned to a different location than where it originated. I’ve requested a full refund, and they offered a refund minus shipping fee, but nothing has happened to satisfy my request. I believe this is a scam and warn any future customer to not shop there. I’m still waiting for my money😡
My product never arrived. I ordered it before Thanksgiving and now it's February. I kept getting different tracking numbers. I suspected the site was a scam but their customer service kept assuring me the order was coming and would issue me a new tracking number. I asked for my money back 3 times but I was scammed. Do NOT order from this site.
My family needed new crocs. So I went with these. My daughter wears a 5 big kid and it fits her foot. I could have sized up. She won't be able to fit in the fall or winter with socks.
My 6 year old boy uses these as pajama bottoms and loves them. They’re very comfortable and stretchy, so there’s room to grow.
