The service is superb, the offices are clean and your colleagues at your Sowton location in Exeter and helpful, friendly and professional. You are let down by the parking company that you use at your locations. On three separate occasions I have incorrectly been issued a parking charge notice, and on the most recent incident I have made an official complaint to ICO on the way they handled my data subject access request which has been upheld. They are letting you down, and as a direct result I only use you as a last resort- which is a shame, as the experience both at work and booking has been great- hence two stars instead of only one!
I had a very disappointing experience with Regus during the exit process.
I was instructed to make a final exit payment to close my account, which I paid immediately. After requesting the return of my £1,207 deposit, I was informed that almost £500 had been deducted because they had repainted the office.
What I found most frustrating was that I was never notified before the work was carried out. I wasn’t given the opportunity to inspect the office, discuss the condition of the walls, or challenge the proposed charges before the deduction was made. After calling customer services, I was told an email had been sent to me. I checked my inbox, junk and spam folders thoroughly, but I never received any such email.
When they eventually sent me photographs, they only showed light scuff marks on the walls. In my opinion, many of these marks could have been cleaned off rather than repainting the entire office.
I also noticed that some of the marks shown in the photographs were in areas where the office cabinets had been positioned when I first took the office. Those areas were hidden behind the cabinets during my occupancy, so I had no way of seeing them. I therefore cannot say whether those marks were already there before I moved in and had simply been concealed by the cabinets, or whether they occurred when the cabinets were removed after I left. Either way, I was never given the opportunity to inspect the office with the cabinets removed before the decision was made to repaint and deduct money from my deposit.
I also reviewed the Terms and Conditions, which state that additional charges may be made for repairs above normal wear and tear. After occupying the office for one year, I believe the marks shown are consistent with normal wear and tear rather than damage requiring a full repaint.
To make matters worse, this was a very small office that could only accommodate two people, yet I was charged nearly £500 for repainting. I do not believe this cost was proportionate, and I have had to repeatedly chase for an explanation, a breakdown of the charges and supporting invoices.
Overall, I found the exit process lacking in transparency and fairness. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone renting with Regus to take detailed photographs before moving in and before leaving, request a joint inspection where possible, and carefully scrutinise any deductions made from their deposit.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They kept charging me hundreds of pounds in extra fees without a proper explanation. The staff and managers were dishonest and made promises they didn't keep. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before doing business with them.
I really like the front staff and environment, they are amazing, however the billing side of things, they are not accommodating whatsoever, they will try and nickle and dime you for any small mistake and will not work with you to make a resolution. i used to recommend ppl here, however due to multiple problems with their customer services dept regarding billing i would not recommend this to anyone. they are not about building business' and making things right they are about one thing, making money at your expense. but again... front staff and the ppl that work at my location are awesome! lol
The team here at Regus Toronto Airport is fantastic!

I spent 3 months in Regus while I was doing a project in Berlin.
The offices are clean and the stuff was always very helpful and accommodating to my requests.
Highly recommended!

Most worthless company. If you ever have an issue with your contract, good luck with handling their incompetence. We signed the incorrect location, asked to switch the same day, got billed for the wrong location for 3 months, never got our mail, never got signed onto the new location, never got cancelled for the wrong location. Ended up having to switch credit cards because their team is completely useless.

I had a great on-boarding experience here in Walnut Creek CA. I needed a small conference room for an important and very last-minute conf call the next morning. Setting up my personal account online, accessing the office & room (at 7:30am) and connecting to the high speed WiFi all went super smoothly!

Invoice management. Simply imposible to talk to someone to clarify them. Very recurrent and never able to arrange a simple call. Always an email referrring to instructions to act on our own on the Regus system. Never happened in Spain when using Regus, happening twice in Ireland when passing from Spaces to Regus. Obviusly we've got the need now, but to be taken into account in future.

I have been renting by office here for 10 years. Great site, building, facilities and lovely surroundings. The team who manage the place (Matt & Demi) are very professional yet bring a very relaxed and happy atmosphere. Highly recommend for small to medium size companies.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of any changes in staffing, so I know when I can pick up the mail for my company.
1. You need to fill in your details just to see how much it costs - pricing is not transparent
2. You decide the price is not reasonable and close the web page - you will be spammed many times (10 missed calls in the last day) from different numbers plus personal +07XXX numbers - each time it will only ring for a short time, not enough for you to check who is calling.
This is excessively aggressive and harassing behavior.

Great office team very helpful and professional.
My clients love to visit us at Regus Rubery great facilities and location
I was not overly thrilled with the customer service from day one. I remember being barked at to get my MIQ form filled out and submitted, as well as there being a long delay to get my mail add-on set up and I went for a couple of months before it finally got sorted. (I was charged for those months too, btw) In receiving mail in a timely manner, for they never properly set it up in my account until the third month in. I also found it a little dishonest the way hidden fees started poppin up. When it was approaching time for my one year to be up and well before the anniversary of my joining, I submitted an email wishing to discontinue the service. I was informed that I missed the cut-off date in which one could cancel and so I was locked in for another full year. But it hadn't even been a full year yet, I received no notice to remind me and furthermore I had missed the date by ONE week; therefore, I was forced to be locked in for another year. I never once got the feeling that my business mattered or that i was a valued customer but instead it always felt as though i was being scolded, and an imposition. The site mentions that we have our own "team" and yet I've never had a single contact with any of them, even when I addressed them personally. I always had to circumvent to the person who originally demanded that I turn in my MIQ form. It was only this evening that I see others have had the same experiences that I have and i regret that I didn't read the reviews first; but this is what has compelled me to write of my unfortunate experience with this company as well.
