I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 (1TB, "Very Good" condition) from 4gadgets through Refurbed.
The phone arrived quickly and was priced competitively. However, within a very short period of use I discovered that the factory inner screen protector was already lifting along the centre fold.
I contacted customer service because I did not believe a failing inner screen protector was consistent with the advertised "Very Good" condition. I made it clear multiple times that I was otherwise happy with the phone, had already transferred all of my data, and did not wish to return the device.
Unfortunately, customer service repeatedly failed to address the actual question being asked. Instead of discussing the specific issue or considering any contribution towards a professional screen protector replacement, I received several generic responses that appeared not to fully acknowledge what I had written.
Eventually I was told that they would not contribute towards a repair and that the only remedy would be returning the device for replacement (subject to stock availability) or going through their warranty process.
The disappointing part is not the defect itself. Things can go wrong with refurbished devices. The disappointing part is the lack of meaningful engagement from customer service and the apparent reliance on template responses rather than addressing the customer's actual enquiry.
The phone itself is good, but the after-sales support has left a lot to be desired.

I accidentally purchased the wrong phone and immediately placed a second order for the correct one. This means I have two orders.

I sent an email right after placing the first order to inform you that I had ordered the wrong phone. I emailed again the following day but received no response. Despite sending five emails in total, I still haven't received any reply.

Both phones have now been shipped to me, and you are still not responding.
