Fast delivery, as described and far more economical than buying new

The phone I received was like a BRAND NEW iPhone, I paid approx €320 for iPhone 13 with huge memory, battery lasts all day even on weekends when I use it lots, the condition is like new, zero marks and it is perfect, I love it, delivery was so fast to Ireland, everything is immaculate and I am very happy, thank you to REFURBED 😀

i bought a galaxy watch ultra in good condition i got a scratched watch with wristbands stinking of cheap perfume,i do not recomend using them,they did not refurbe anything

I ordered the phone, and the glass with the charger for it to Warsaw. The phone came quite soon and looks good, 95% battery, some tiny scratches. But the charger and the phone are God knows where. Today is June 2nd, I've made my order on May 21st, the expected dates for delivery of the glass and the charger were 25-28th of May. I texted the support on May 29th, then on June 2nd. No response. On the website it is told that the expected response time is 1 work day. It's already been 3 work days, and no sign of the charger or the glass, also it is told that those items can't be tracked. You respond very sweetly here that you are so ready to help. Then help. My order number is #18116065

I've been a Refurbed customer for almost four years now. I've bought laptops, desktops and mobile phones. The units weren't perfect. Many of them had flaws - they are used, after all.
But I'm writing this review to say that the customer service always rose up to my expectations.
An iPhone had a dark blotch that was only visible in some lighting conditions - I was offered a partial refund of about 10% (after having been asked if I accept).
A MBP was out of stock by the time it was time to pack it. I was offered alternative purchase options, which I declined and I was quickly refunded in full.
Another iPhone had a FaceID malfunction during the first few months after purchase. I sent it in under warranty, but, to everyone's surprise, the seller went bankrupt in a very public way. Refurbed (as a platform) stepped in and - although I had to wait for quite a long time - sent me an identical replacement unit at their cost. They even extended my warranty by 1 month to make up for the duration of the proceedings. Stellar!

I bought an iphone 14 and upgrade it to "ny skick" like new for the battery last year, i got it and it seemed perfect at first sight, after nearly a year i got problem with the battery which was weird because its full capacity showed 99% so i looked deep in the information and eventual repair and i found that its a reused battery installed the exact day of my order, it was clearly a fraud because i paid a supplément for the new battery, when i told to refurbed about the problem they sent me an resend ticket but i can't resend the phone because the battery is obviously swollen, and now refurbed wants me to take the phone to a local shop to fix it, take off the battery and send the phone and they can refund me for this for only 25€ it's scandalous and illegal.

Update : i contacted ARN here in sweden and fill for a complaint against refurbed and their seller my phone store, if you're in sweden and in the same situation ( bought a phone like new ny skick battery but they installed a reused battery) i encourage you to fill a complaint to ARN website, it costs 150kr but at least they take the case seriously and it's really bad for their trademark and reputation.

Absolute joke of company. All items shipped from France. You cant get refurbed.ie staff engage in issue conversations. Bought 3 items so far. Apple watch series 11 been shipped with dhl that they ended up not getting full adress so took additional week to be delivered. Airpods 4 came, with week battery, only last 20mins before they die. Bare in mind all items are at premium quality. Ordered Samsung Galaxy s25 came with japanese carriers apps. Straight from japan, only ment for japan network. Send it back , and they ended up returning money as they have no phone for eu market. How can i buy now phone from this if idk if i get same again issue or not.
