Great way to get into pilates
This reformer Pilates kit is an excellent way to get into reformer without paying for classes or leaving your home - I have been doing this for 3 weeks and am starting to see and feel a real difference! The app is great and gives a tailored programme for your workouts.

Great feedback and help from the team they helped me with a nightmare delivery scenario, not their fault at all but had some issues with the Italian postal service subcontracted for final leg of delivery. I'm just getting started with the board via the app.
Jeianna is a star and also had messages via FB to help.
Now it's up to me to do the workouts and see if I can deliver!

Nice Board but Bad Customer Service and they Used AI
I really like the ease of the board and how compact it is for storage. It really is ideal for home workouts. I’m knocking half a star off initially for the mess I had with receiving my board which was partially my fault, partially royal mail’s fault, but partially Reformlys fault as well and another half a star for their communication through the mess. I don’t know where these people are located but it is NOT in the UK as they claim. It takes several days to hear a response from them and when you do finally get an email reply, it’s at 6am and then that’s it for another few days. Horrible customer service and availability.
Now, for the board itself. I’ve had it for two months now and everything still seems to be working ok but the sliders can get a bit sticky at times so I’m nervous about long term durability. The app is fine and the videos are a really nice perk to the purchase as you have guided videos. The reason I knocked off another star is because I’m pretty sure they used AI in the process. Some of the instructions don’t match the video (like saying long bands when the girl in the video is clearly using loop bands, saying “squeeze the ring between your hands” when the video shows the ring between the knees, etc.). Either they used AI or they were extremely lazy in quality control. Some of the videos are also extremely clunky in terms of order of exercises and require a lot of set up changes between moves when they could have been ordered in a way that didn’t make you change the configuration of the board every time.
All in all, I’m happy with the product and I use it almost every day but if Reformly used AI to make their videos, I will never buy from them again and cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.

Do your research!
We obviously should have researched more, we understood that the free reformly app would come with instructions, but it is simply a platform from which to buy monthly subscriptions. I suspect we paid over the odds for an old model which does not have a place to attach both bands or ankle bands. However, we have found an online set of exercises and have managed to work around the board. Would not pay £110 again, but are not returning it and will continue to use. Muted satisfaction

Can't access free workouts that were included with purchase!
I have downloaded the app and registered on it but cannot access any of the free workouts that came with my purchase as the app is requiring me to select a free trial for subscription of premium.
I do not at this time want to subscribe for premium but I cannot go any further into the app without doing this!

Great customer service!
This company is offering their products at a discounted rate. While the board itself is of good quality, I felt like the free digital products you are receiving along with the product were misleading at first. When I ordered, the order included a 14 day kickstart program, a 60 day transformation program and 200+ guided workouts for free. When actually downloading the app, the free workouts disappeared after 7 days, either only a few available options left. This is not how I had interpreted it, so I reached out to the customer service. The customer service has been very helpful explaining how to access and what I could access with the products I had ordered. And even altered the website to be transparent for customers ordering afterwards. I can speak highly of my experience with their customer service team and would place another order with this company knowing they put their customers first!
