Warning if you intend buying apps from RealNetworks
It's rare that a well known company will try and scam you but in the case of RealNetworks who are the supplier of RealPlayer and Real Downloader apps, this is sadly the case. A software house to avoid at all costs.
For those who have not heard of this software company, they provide programs to download and watch on their player. They're happy enough to take your money when it comes to purchasing the software to install on your PC, but you better pray to god that the software will not malfunction in any way because if it does, which apparently it does with alarming regularity according to reviews, you better forget any notion of support or come-back. You need to get resigned to the fact that support is non-existant & your money's gone down the drain. The best they offer is to post your problem to the Real Network Community. Totally pointless because there you'll find thousands of other dissatisfied and swindled users complaining of the same or a multitude of other problems. Press the support button and all you'll get is the standard 404 Error Report saying that no such page exists; in other words, RealNetworks Support is non-existant
