The tables we received (15 in total), are great and exactly what we wanted. When our site needs more tables, we will definitely be ordering them from RDM again.

Exactly what we ordered. Would definitely do business with them again. Very easy to work with and very flexible to our needs.

The customer service was very good and from what I hear from the customer, they are happy with the product. However, getting the product to us in the time we were originally promised did not happen. Several shipment delays happened which caused some frustration from the customer.

The hood arrived with loose and missing hardware, screws and nuts on frame members and pulley mounts. The hood was also exceedingly difficult to uncrate, lack of adequate bracing and instructions.
