I got QuickBooks 3 years ago, it was great!! Then they completely changed everything!
It’s literally like trying to read another language… no warning, no support, and these guys keep charging me.
The app that I use is clunky, my settings have changed!
Before. I would’ve said they were awesome, now Iooking at going somewhere else.

Quickbooks is pretty expensive even for the lowest package and I can't even get to my expenses from less than a year ago and I've been on the offshore support for about a 1/2 hour and still no resolution. The customer support person keeps putting me on hold to research the problem. I loved Quickbooks when you could buy the software and never had troubles. I'm paying more but always a headache.

Quickbooks is some of the worst accounting software I’ve ever used. All I want to do is integrate gocardless with quickbooks. I spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with customer service people and literally NOBODY can tell me how to do this.

I finally spoke with a manager who advised it isn’t possible to integrate gocardless with quickbooks. A few days later one of my clients was charged automatically via gocardless, meaning that GOCARDLESS HAS BEEN INTEGRATED. My client was charged twice and I had to refund them accordingly.

I requested a discount from quickbooks because of my terrible experience and they had the NERVE to connect me to the sales teams. The sales team tried to sell me a package that I could access myself via the quickbooks website.

Honestly, quickbooks, go f** yourself. You’re an absolute joke of a company.

QBO has great AI learning that makes it so easy to stay on top of my bookkeeping and payroll processes.

I believe the function of setting up transaction rules to automatically categorize expenses and income is a great way to reduce repetitive daily tasks.

QuickBooks is great because of its intuitive interface, comprehensive features, and reliability in organizing financial data. A lot of us, accountants, appreciate its ability to generate detailed reports, track expenses, and integrate with other platforms seamlessly.

QuickBooks is a great product, it has better invoicing, inventory management and payroll than Xero. The bank processing and reconciliation process needs improvement which is what is stopping me giving it 5 out of 5.

The recent webinar I attended was great.

I have used quickbooks from the start, way way back. The desktop version was the last great version. Was tricked into going on line by salesperson saying as a sole operator and such a tiny company not using many features I could have it at half price. Well that didn't last. I constantly send feedback that it doesn't load, I have to refresh the screen many many times for the simplest task. I have to do one transaction on the weekends and takes up to 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Thank God I don't have to do payroll or inventory I cannot imagine trying to accomplish those transactions. All the action screens are still missing a vital component of the old desktop and thats the forward and previous button. All round bad idea to ask for review, a banner no less when the performance is so poor. If I wasn't up for retirement soon I would invest the time to transfer to a different platform in a heartbeat.

Have used QBO for over 10 years. Simple and great functionality to everything needed for SME. I find payroll is very easy to use, maintain and report. Strongly recommend QBO if anyone is looking for options.

Have been using Quickbooks Online and it is a great product. Easy to use and backed up with great customer support.

Great way to get people involved in the software world, lots of pertinent information that is very relevant.

Great software for a reasonable price. I'm a BAS Agent and I recommend for many of my clients as its easy to teach them how to use also.
The back end support is also fantastic. I can always get technical help when needed, by a real person.

QB Online has great reporting and fantastic customer support. I can talk with a real human that will solve issues or escalate my enquiry to a specialist if needed. Great customer service.
