We are using QBO more and more with our clients. Its great to use and very cost sensitive. The management reports it produces help us for planning and bank requirements. Clients find it easy to use and the document attachment ability was a leader in it's field. We are recommending QBO to our clients over it competitors.

I am an accountant who has used the Quickbooks software for well over 20 years and the new online version is awesome. The processing of transactions is literally completed in seconds saving heaps of time. The reporting is great. The software is easy to use. The customer service when you need help is awesome, nothing is too hard for them.

I am a qualified bookkeeper and have been using Quickbooks for over 30 years and it is amazing accounting software, It has advanced so well with Quickbooks online, it so simple to set up new suppliers and customers, bank feeds make it amazingly fast to meet deadlines. It is great for small business and is very reasonably priced for the features you get, I truly recommend Quickbooks online to any small business.

The different types of reports help to save a lot of time while preparing BAS and Tax Returns. For small businesses, it is cheaper compared to other online accounting softwares.

Bank feeds are supported with most financial institutions, making data entry simple and efficient. The reports that you can generate from QBO gives owners and financial advisors great insight into the operations of a business.

There is also a thriving app ecosystem that allows integrations with other software services (payroll, ecommerce, management reporting and much more).

I have been using QuickBooks as a bookkeeper and accountant for nearly 10 years and I think it is a great product. They have excellent training options and the help line is very useful if you are ever stuck. I find all functions very easy to use and navigate through. I especially like the reports section and all the add in apps that you can use. QuickBooks is also continually improving their product and are open to any ideas on how to improve functionality from users. I would highly recommend this product.

I'm really happy with Quickbooks on line and use it for my own business and recommend it to my clients. It's a great package for small businesses and easy to learn how to use. The reports that you can generate are fantastic. At anytime you can get a snapshot of how your business is operating. This makes GST reporting and end of financial year reporting a breeze.

Excellent for lodging BAS returns with the ATO

I am an Accountant, I use QuickBooks for my own accounts and the accounts of clients. I find that Quickbooks is great value for money, very easy to use and navigate around and update, the bank feeds work extremely well. I highly recommend this accounting platform.

I have been a Bookkeeper for over forty years and have used several different accounting packages during that time, including pencil and a ledger book. I can honestly say the Intuit online Accounting package is the best and easiest program to use. It took a bit of effort to learn how it works because it is different to what I was used to using. By accessing the tutoring videos freely available I now have a total understanding of the program. It just makes sense!

I have no idea how businesses manage their finances without accounting software! QuickBooks is easy to use, VERY affordable and backed by a solid tech giant ie Intuit - gives me great comfort knowing they are constantly able to invest in the tech + they have real people you can actually speak to. Oh and I love their new cashflow tool.
