An Absolute 5-Star Experience from Start to Finish
We found Quality Diamonds purely through an online search for loose stones, and it was incredibly refreshing to see transparent pricing upfront without the usual "call us for prices “ hassle
We approached them to create two custom wedding bands inspired by a design we fell in love with at Graff. The value comparison was staggering the price difference was over £100k for just one of the rings! Quality Diamonds delivered the exact same high-calibe quality, using GIA-certified, Excellent cut, E-colour diamonds.
To ensure everything was perfect, Paul recommended creating 3D prints of the rings so we could test the size and feel beforehand. These arrived in about two weeks. Once the final rings were ready, arranging a collection appointment at their London location was seamless, and the finished rings were absolutely amazing.

We were so impressed that we decided to explore lab-grown diamonds for our other wedding jewelry. Paul listened precisely to our requirements and sourced certified lab-grown stones for custom cufflinks, shirt studs, and earrings. Their efficiency is unmatched, we had approached our local jewellers for quotes and ideas , but by the time they even responded to our initial enquiry , Quality Diamonds already had most of our pieces in production.
On top of all this, I trusted them to set a rare pink diamond I had purchased into a trilogy engagement ring. This delicate process was handled with total professionalism, and I received thorough updates at every single stage

From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I purchased a loose diamond (from Quality Diamonds) and then visited their Birmingham Jewellery Quarter office, where the team scanned my original Tiffany engagement ring so it could be replicated to sit perfectly alongside my existing wedding band and eternity ring. Even at that stage, I was impressed—I received detailed CAD designs and a 3D-printed model to review.

That said, I wasn’t the easiest customer! I later changed my mind about the diamond size, then changed the design to include a hidden halo due to the diamond height! Despite all my indecision, Lauren remained incredibly patient, supportive, and accommodating throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and my very fussy nature didn’t phase her at all.

The level of customer service I received was truly second to none. I felt listened to, supported, and reassured every step of the way.

And the final result? An absolutely stunning ring that exceeded all my expectations. It’s beautifully crafted, fits perfectly with my other rings, and feels completely unique to me.
