ITA: Ho ordinato una e-bike pieghevole modello PVY Z20 PRO EVO ed il prodotto è arrivato da un'azienda con sede a Londra. Il prodotto ricevuto, a mio parere, ha caratteristiche significativamente diverse e prestazioni inferiori rispetto a quello presentato sul sito web: il manubrio si piega sul lato sinistro della bici, impedendo al telaio di piegarsi e non è possibile invertirlo; il display del computer manca di molte funzioni le quali sono diverse da quelle descritte sul sito e nel manuale utente; la pedalata assistita si comporta in modo anomalo, molto simile a quello di un sensore di cadenza piuttosto che di un sensore di coppia, ovvero come nel modello inferiore. Non appena ho notato i problemi, ho controllato le recensioni del prodotto sul sito ufficiale e ho visto che altri clienti avevano segnalato problemi simili ai miei negli stessi giorni. Pochi giorni dopo non ho più trovato quelle recensioni, questo per dire che non sono più stato in grado di capire se ci fossero delle risposte utili anche per me. Ho prontamente segnalato all'azienda i difetti, fornendo descrizione e foto, ma il team di assistenza ha accettato solo, dopo mia insistenza, di inviarmi un manubrio che si piega sul lato destro (che dovrò installare a mie spese). Hanno respinto tutti i miei altri reclami, sostenendo che il prodotto non è difettoso e, cosa più importante, ignorando le mie ripetute richieste di reso e rimborso come previsto dalla legge sui consumatori. Ho presentato una denuncia alle autorità pubbliche italiane.
Mi riservo di aggiornare questa recensione qualora PVY considererà correttamente i miei legittimi reclami.
ENG: I ordered a PVY Z20 PRO EVO e-bike and the product arrived from a company based in London. I received, in my opinion, a product with significantly different features and inferior performances than the one I ordered on the website: the handlebars fold to the left side of the bike, preventing the frame from folding; the computer-display lacks several functions compare to those described on the website and in the user manual; the pedal assistance behaves erratically, much like a cadence sensor rather than a torque sensor, which is like the inferior model. As soon as I noticed the problems, I checked the product reviews on the official website and saw that other customers, in the same days, had reported similar problems. A few days later, those reviews were no longer there. This is to say that I have no longer been able to understand if there were any useful answers for my issues. I promptly reported the defects, providing a description and photos of the product, but the support team only accepted, after mine insistence, to send me a handlebar that folds to the right side (which I will have to install at my own expense). They rejected all my other complaints, claiming the product is not defective and, more importantly, ignoring my repeated requests for a return and refund as required by consumer law. I have filed a fraud complaint with the italian public authorities.
If PVY will correctly consider my legitimate concerns, I will update this review.

We recently purchased two PVY PLUS bikes. Lynda is orange, and I'm green. They are quite smooth to ride, and you may get a lift whenever you need it. Most of the time, we ride on highways, light walkways, and the waterfront. As the summer goes on, we hope to get more daring. It just took goes on, we hope to getmore daring. It just took two hours to assemble both of them.

Libon International Edition.
I buy this bike three weeks ago. The shipping was very fast. It takes 3 day to arrived in Hungary. The assembly was quick and easy. And the bicycle… I am sorry for the wasted time I spent without them. It si so much fun to drive even if the weather is cold. I use it to go work, and I can get there in the same time as by car. I can't wait for summer to come and ride it in beautiful places.

DON’T BUY!!! The PVY website promises “Once you unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar…” NOT TRUE.
I received my bike completely disassembled. One wheel came separately and the bike comes with NO MANUAL.
How am I supposed to assembly a bike with no manual?
Besides, delivery took longer than what the website informs.

⚠️ Warning: PVY Z20 PLUS Electric Bike - Critical Defect & No Support
I must advise against purchasing the PVY Z20 PLUS electric bike due to a critical factory defect and a complete lack of customer support.
The Core Problem: The bike has a serious manufacturing flaw where a screw on the rear brake is misaligned and constantly rubs against the main power cable. This friction severs the cable, leading to motor failure within a few weeks of normal use.
The Support Issue: The brand offers no technical support within Europe. When attempting to file a warranty claim, they avoid all responsibility by redirecting customers to a purchase link for parts, falsely attributing the damage to "user misuse."
Conclusion: This is a product with a fundamental design flaw, no viable technical support, and a company that refuses to honor its warranties. I cannot recommend this model until the manufacturer officially acknowledges this defect and provides a real solution for affected customers.

The customer service is non-existent…
The customer service is non-existent when it comes to fixing the problems of the e-bike. I own a Libon and since the first month I had issues, for which I had to fix myself. PVY will only send you parts after many email videos and after you have disassembled for example the motor or the controller. This bike has design problems for which you have to fix before using the bike, for example covering the hole where the torque sensor comes out, since water gets in when riding under rain and will make the bike shut down the power without error codes (took me a while to figure out, the support didn't help, just sent me parts for which after you are left on your own). Make sure you check all the screws are tight and in position before riding, since quality control is really bad. Also, after one year of use the display broke down, water got inside it which means the guarnition is made of very poor quality, had to spend an extra 80£ for another one for which I'm waiting to come. The warranty doesn't cover this. The light on the seat battery also stopped working. On a positive side, the bike is cheaper than others similar ones like the Estarli or Ado and have good range (far away the one claimed of 260km). I get about 50-60km on both batteries, assistance level 3 out of 5. The quality of the frame is good, no soldering present, is a one-piece aluminium. If you are someone who is feeling confident on repairing your own bike than this will be a good choice, otherwise avoid and if you are tempted but not sure, still avoid.

Great quality electric bikes
We decided to upgrade our electeic bikes and cine across PVY, I did a lot of research and watched a lot of YouTube videos and decided we would give them a go. We started with the Z20 Plus for my husband. The bike arrived a lot quicker than expected, unfortunately it was the wrong colour, we contacted PVY and the appologised for the mistake, we could return the bike for the correct colour or accept £100 off for the inconvenience. We accepted the £100 as the colour they sent was still very nice. We were so impressed with the bike we decides to purchase the LS20 for myself. We are very impressed with the quality of the bikes especially for the price and would be happy to recommend PVY to anyone looking to buy an electric bike.

PVY not to be trusted
I bought the pvy z20 pro max beginning of September and I have never received it. They claimed that I received the bike as the tracking order appeared to be delivered. The courier company confirmed that the parcel was lost. They refused to send another bike or reimburse the money.
I opened a dispute and luckily the credit card refund me what I've paid.
More than a month wasted with them.
13/10/2025: further to your reply, I maintain my review. You simply postpone over and over again the same issue. More than a month has gone by. You are always saying, "we are investigating and will take responsibility". If you really wanted to take responsibility, you should have offered immediate solutions. Either sending another parcel or reimburse the customer. I can't wait for your "investigations" forever. It wasn't my fault if I didn't receive anything.

Delivery took some time, but reached out to support and they helped out.
Use it daily to commute 18km one way.

Poor quality bikes!!! Worst ever!!!!
After 700 km in 1 month, the rear axle broke during a tire change caused by a puncture. Customer service immediately blamed me (I've changed at least thirty tires in my life and never had a problem). They're ridiculous!!! They kept me with the bike for 10 days, completely broken, impossible to use, taking photos to send them, and in the meantime, they gave me random solutions to "fix" it... they made me reverse the order of the washers, put this one on the outside, this one on the inside, then rotate it, then reverse... and in the end, they probably made me wreck everything by listening to their "advice."
After 10 days, they told me to have it fixed by a mechanic and that they would cover the costs. Once that was done and the cost was communicated, they immediately told me to go to hell, telling me I was to blame for the damage... so adding insult to injury.
Next time I get a flat tire, I'll change my bike, hahaha.
As for the quality of the bikes, I have a PVY, an Engwe, and an e-bike I bought for €500 at a local Chinese store. I'll just say that the Engwe is ten notches better, and even the cheap one from the Chinese shop down the street has a more solid frame than the PVY. Add to that a saddle that constantly drops and is incredibly uncomfortable, useless suspension since the rear shock is rock hard and the fork doesn't even spring back—it's so low quality, frame geometry that I'd call comical, an on-board computer that's useless on a sunny day, and last but not least, fantastic customer service that makes fun of you!

I want to publicly share a very serious experience I had with a PVY Libon folding e-bike purchased online.
While riding home from work and passing over a small road bump, the handlebar locking lever suddenly opened by itself, causing me to crash violently.
🔴 Consequences:
Fractured nose and nasal septum
Facial trauma and rib contusions
Broken prescription glasses (brand new)
Broken smartphone
50 days of medical recovery
Scheduled facial surgery
I contacted the company’s support, but so far I have not received any refund or compensation for the severe damages I suffered.
This situation is unacceptable. I am considering legal action and want other consumers to be aware of the risks.
If you had similar experiences with this brand, please share them.
If you’re considering buying a PVY bike: be very careful.

We pre-ordered a pair of PVY Z20 Pro bikes for my wife and I, which were delivered well ahead of our arrival at our holiday destination. So far so good!
Assambly was easy, all part were ok, just the tires a bit deflated … normal, but good.
What caused our disastrous experience was that the bolt holding together the pedal broke of on the first ride when stepping on it to start the bike without the motor assistance. We managed ti haphazardly tie the pedal with some tape, but an few hours later the pedal on the bike broke in the same way. We tried the same temporary fix, but a few miles onwards my wife’s pedal completely broke of so she had to pedal (luckily possible as it is an ebike). Anyway our bike vacation is ruined!

There must be a serious design issue that the bolts on the oedals of two different bikes break immediately!
The second problem is with the soft rear bag we bought. The bags, in particular when they are empty are completely unstable. The straps slide from side to side on the rear mounted tray and there is nothing to fix it on the front and rear. Its a bad design and oversized compared to the tray.
While the company is very responsive, they are unable to offer real solutions and try to buy you off with useless offers of aceccories. That would have been ok, if we would have received a replacement pedal immediately, but they are being shipped from China with no foreseeable arrival date, most likely they will arrive well after our departure.
We now wanted to return the items but the company is not providing a solution for that! Given we are in a holiday resort we have disposed of the boxes which makes a return inpossible.
Really bad experience!
Its a DISASTER!!
