I bought from them two screws for my scooter for £15.47 I waited 5 days than I received the wrong item I contacted them three times no answer.
It really waist of time and money.
Don't buy from this company.
I was looking for a part for my scooter. They had it so I placed an order. I realised I needed 4 screws along with the part. They charged £9.99 for four tiny screws but I had no choice so I bought them.
When I received the part + the screws, they were the wrong size. I’ve emailed them about this but no response what so ever.

Original pure parts that I was looking for a while. Good helpfull communication.
I have waited for my delivery for 3 days. No-one noticed me about delays etc. After I called I've been told that it will arrive next week and I paid like £7 for delivery. Strongly disappointed

Pure Air Pro LR charger - Can’t thank you guys enough! After searching high an low on the internet I COULDN’T find the original charger for sale anywhere but the U.S.A.
Paid for 24 hour tracked but item took 5 days to arrive. This is NO fault of the business themselves, as I ordered on a Saturday and it was posted on the Sunday, so these guys are happy to post 7 days a week just to make sure you don’t have to wait so long!
Royal Mail strikes were the cause of the late delivery and I fully understand that.
Was slightly skeptical that it was a LEGIT site for pure parts as it was so new, but phoned their partner company who are the TOP rated company for electric scooter parts in the U.K.!
Will be returning again to yourselves an yourselves ONLY if my Pure scooter needs any replacement bits or anything for that matter.
Charger is the EXACT same as the original, whereas other companies do not offer original chargers.
PURE ignored my email within regards to obtaining an original charger for my design of scooter so I can’t thank you all enough!
