Love the way the printing/color came out, but unfortunately there is a noticeable “ding” on the first kiss cut of each sheet that I ordered.

Hi Kara, that is very odd. I pulled up your proofs and see that this little divot was added to the cut path at some point during the setup process. I will put in a reprint request and we'll get this fixed up and sent out to you asap! Thanks for understanding.
The packets are as depicted, they are well crafted. Would buy them again if I need to.
