Extremely Poor Service and False Promises
I placed an order (#19507) for Lever 4+ knee sleeves with express shipping, for which I was charged an extra ₹160. It was clearly mentioned that normal (free) shipping would take 4–5 days, while express shipping would deliver in 3–4 days.
It has already been 5 days, and my order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. On top of that, there has been no response to my calls or messages. Even when I requested to cancel the order, I kept receiving the same generic response that “the order will arrive in 3–4 days.”
This is extremely poor service and completely misleading. Very disappointing experience.

From ordering to receiving is all good but the the customer service has NO RESPONSE. Like what if i got a wrong product? or wanted to cancel my item. I emailed like 3-4 time no response, texted them on whatsapp no response and even called no one answered ever!
